When the manager asked, "what has happened?" unexpectedly, the "farewell" plan unexpectedly said, "ah, I think it's too hard to work, and I don't want to go!" She said, "I don't want to go to work for a few days. You should know what I mean. Why are you nervous?"
Case two: not entering the WTO
In March this year, I was on campus for a "simulated interview" service at a famous university. Generally speaking, I will give a high opinion of students who know how to master opportunities to study on campus, because they are active and hard. But there was also some unexpected discovery.
There is a student with a handsome appearance and a very good graduate student in research and science. Since it is a "simulation interview", I pretend to be an interviewer. The first question is: "what position are you going to apply for?" I didn't expect the job seeker to pick her eyebrows and say that I had already entered my resume in 104. How could you not know what I was going to ask for? I told her patiently that today, I am not the real interviewer. I am a teacher in the "simulation interview". I received the written resume that the school gave me, and I did not write "to apply for a job", so I still had to ask her what she wanted to do.
Later, when I asked her questions, she answered clearly, apparently a well prepared person, worthy of being an outstanding postgraduate of a famous university. However, she still failed in the last question. My last question is: "so, what's your problem?"
This is also a topic that the interviewer likes very much. She immediately prepared: "is there any education and training for your company?" at this time, I returned to the teacher's identity as an interviewer, and said, "do I have educational training?" Because most enterprises do not have any training or education, or provide little education and training. If the other company really does not have education and training, and if you ask, you may lose interest or feel bad about it.
I didn't expect her to glare at the apricot, and said, "they don't think about it. I didn't remember this question very well. I'm not impressed with them because of their lack of education and training." No one knows anything about human nature, but as a teacher, I must be attracted to her. I remind her, "don't forget that you are looking for a job! Modest attitude is needed! Besides, there are many enterprises without education and training."
However, I don't know how much it can affect her in just twenty minutes. I only hope that when she enters society, she can understand the difference between the workplace and the school as soon as possible. How much can you contribute in this era of performance?
Case three: take the horizon for love
On the last day of the Spring Festival holiday, a young designer in our department gave the application of "stay at the job without pay", because her boyfriend had to travel to France for a few months because of her job. She had not been in a good mood and body because she missed her boyfriend, so she wanted to follow her boyfriend to France to apply for "stay at the job without pay". Because our company has a big investment of tens of thousands of dollars in recent years, and the manpower is very tight. So, I invite the designer's supervisor to communicate with her. I can allow her to stay on duty, but I will ask her to leave again after the middle of April activities so as to avoid temporarily having no manpower to kill her working partner.
At that time, she was holding a heroic love for the world and told her supervisor: "no, the biggest wish of my life is to get married and have children. I can't wait until everyone is busy! And my boyfriend also wants me to go to France to rest." since she is so heroic, I discussed with her boss and approved her resignation, but could not "stay on duty without pay". Because we can fulfill her love, but we can not wait for her to get back to work when she is in love. Later, her supervisor told me that after returning home, the designer complained that we didn't let her stay in office and pay no pay, and complained that I didn't listen to her idea much.
I told the director that I would make her decision, and I would not blame her when she was busiest. However, she is not entitled to complain that we are not listening to her ideas. I do not think it is necessary for me to listen to her complaints.
These stories are not fabricated. They happen around us. They present a mode of thinking for many people nowadays, that is, "self centred". From case one to case five, all the ideas of the protagonist start from their own standard and regard themselves as the center of the universe. When others can't match their ideas, they think others are wrong.
Is it useful to change jobs?
In the workplace, they will gradually find that they can not be matched by others, and their abilities are constantly being challenged and denied. According to the latest survey, 72% of the office workers are "not satisfied" with their present job.
The younger you are, the more you think "coworkers are hard to get along with", "no fun at work", "bad working environment" and "less pay". The younger you are, the more subjective you are, the more you are not complying with your supervisor's ideas and the more you complain. Once they are not satisfied with the working environment and the low cost of changing jobs, they easily activate the right to transfer jobs.
According to the survey, in the first quarter of 2005, about 25% of the seven grade office workers had changed over three jobs. Conversion, these seven years of general working less than three years, almost a year to change a job! However, from the enterprise's point of view, more than 80% enterprises believe that today's seven grade has changed over three jobs, on the "do not consider the use of Jin", obviously, 1/4 of seven grade office workers fall in the Jinbei mining area of enterprises.
It is impossible to solve the problem of "hard work with colleagues", "bad work environment" and "low salary", because it is impossible to change jobs by changing jobs. Because after several times, it is almost the same everywhere. If you say "colleagues are difficult to get along with", have you ever considered that you are a cute person? Why are you having too much fun or having a bad working environment? Is your expectation too impractical, or do you not find an interesting and enough job for yourself? Changing workplace attitude
To change this dissatisfaction with the working environment, the key is not to change jobs, but also to change the external environment with the will of the individual. In my opinion, the only way to make yourself happy in the workplace is to cultivate the ability to see things from the other side's perspective.
When you look at things from the other side's perspective, you will see the world with an understanding of your mind, and your demands for yourself will be increased. This is a kind of sophistication and maturity. From then on, you will not give up the environment that you already have. You will not take the lucky "get" as a matter of course. You begin to understand how to cherish.
When you look at things from the angle of your surroundings, you are no longer opinionated. You begin to understand how to improve your career competitiveness, whether in terms of work strength or interpersonal relationships. As a result, you will find that when you give up the idea that you are the center of the universe, you will be able to change your surroundings a little bit by other people's approval and support.
