　　喝茶有一種禮數(shù),就是當(dāng)別人給你倒茶時(shí),為了表示敬意,用手指輕叩桌面數(shù)下.這一習(xí)俗的由來,據(jù)說是乾隆微服南巡時(shí),到一家茶樓喝茶,當(dāng)?shù)刂恍⌒闹懒诉@一情況,拼了老命也得去護(hù)駕,否則萬一出事,小心吃飯家伙.知府也微服一番,以防天威不測(cè).到了茶樓,也就在皇帝對(duì)面末座的位上坐下,皇帝心知肚明,也不去揭穿,久聞大名、相見恨晚的裝模作樣一番.皇帝是主,免不得提起茶壺給這位知府倒茶,知府惶誠惶恐的,但也不好當(dāng)即跪在地上來個(gè)謝主隆恩,于是靈機(jī)一動(dòng),彎起食指,中指和無名指,在桌面上輕叩三下,權(quán)代行了三跪九叩的大禮.敬茶喝茶是人之常情,又咋知你是微服皇帝,反正你敬我茶,我叩這么幾下,也不花多少功夫,省得后患無窮.于是這一習(xí)俗就這么流傳下來.為了簡(jiǎn)便,也用食指單指叩幾下.
