Compared with 2005 (real estate, construction, finance, leasing and business services, accommodation and catering), the following changes were made during the 11th Five-Year planning period: first, the real estate industry has always maintained its status as the largest contribution industry, but its contribution has been declining, reflecting the more rational development of the industry in the whole city; second, the ranking of two industries in the financial industry, leasing and business services industry has increased, among which the financial industry has risen rapidly, and the leasing and business services industry has fluctuated, but the potential is adequate; third, the information pmission, computer services and software industry have jumped to fifth industries and thrive.

After its functional orientation, the capital functional core area has its own functions.

Finance

The rapid development of the new business and its contribution to the business tax rose from 19.1% (2006) to 33.1% (2008), while other important industries still contributed a lot to the business tax, but the relative proportion was decreasing. Among them, the construction industry first increased and then decreased, and the rate of decline was relatively fast. The main consideration was the obvious characteristics of the stage demand for construction services generated by the Olympic Games.

It is worth mentioning that the relative proportion of culture, sports and entertainment industry increased from 0.9% (2006) to 2.2% (2008). Although it has not yet become an important industry in terms of contribution to business tax, its own growth rate is worth paying close attention to, and its growth is better suited to the development of regional positioning.

The real estate industry still occupies an important position in the urban functional expansion area, but its share has dropped significantly. The rental and business services industry has made a larger contribution to the business tax in the area. Since the function positioning, the financial industry has shown a good upward trend, and the information pmission, computer services and software industry have also increased steadily. The cultural, sports and entertainment industry has been increasing rapidly. From 2007 to 2008, it jumped from 1.1% to 5.9%.

The first industry in the new urban development zone and the ecological conservation development area is the real estate industry. Although their contribution has declined, the pillar role is still obvious, the contribution of the construction industry is relatively large, the new urban development area tends to be stable, and the ecological conservation development area has increased slightly. After the location of the area, the pportation, storage and postal industry of the new urban development area has developed rapidly, and the financial industry has increased slightly. The accommodation and catering industry in the ecological conservation development area has increased from 2.6% (2006) to 5.2% (2008).
