The Company Will Be Listed Soon.

After more than 8 months of approval from the State Council, China National New Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as the new China company) was officially listed.

The authorities close to the SASAC disclosed the news to the "finance and economics" reporter, who disclosed that the time of the listing of the new company was set in December 16th. "This plan has been reported to the senior SASAC."

In November 3rd, "China National New holdings limited liability company" has been approved by the SAIC's enterprise name.

This information also clearly shows that the formal establishment of the new China company is not far away.

The company is the third state-owned asset management company established by the SASAC. It mainly accepts the free pfer of the assets and shares of the 123 existing central enterprises with smaller assets, weaker qualifications, poor operating conditions and profit ranking, and plans to put about 20 central enterprises into it.

In April and May 2009, the request for the establishment of the new China company was submitted to the State Council.

At the beginning of April 2010, the new China company was approved by the State Council and confirmed that the initial registered capital of the company was 4 billion 500 million yuan, all of which were invested in currency.

Prior to this, the initial registration capital requirement of the SASAC was 20 billion yuan.

In April 2010, Shao Ning, deputy director of the SASAC, said that the company will be listed in the first half year.

However, the Central Committee has always been undecided on the appointment of "top leaders", and listing naturally cannot be done.

On the other hand, the new group expects the first batch of "10 to 20" enterprises to "eat", including the poor economic efficiency and profit ranking enterprises, the central enterprises that can not be reorganized with other enterprises, and the main businesses.

Those close to the SASAC told the financial reporter that the listing can be confirmed by Xie Qihua as chairman Guo Xin and Liu Dongsheng as general manager and party secretary.

"As for which enterprises will be incorporated into the new state, the SASAC also maintains a secret state."

The biggest possibility is in business and research institutes.

According to the goal set by the SASAC early, by the end of 2010, the central enterprises should be restructured to 100 or less.

From 2003 onwards, the number of central enterprises has been adjusted from the original 196 households to the current 122 households.
