    The reporter referred to the Ningbo labor rights protection hotline for consultation and learned that, according to the "Zhejiang province enterprise wage payment management measures", the laborer asked for a fake, the enterprise can not pay the wages during the leave period, but it is not allowed to deduct the wages outside the leave.

    If the company fails to comply with the regulations, the worker can apply for labor arbitration in the local labor department.
