    Xiao Zhou is one of the garment factories in Jinjiang, a brand enterprise in Ying Lin.

    He said recently a headhunting company in Xiamen had frequently called him for an interview and paid a handsome salary.


    Many enterprises are "people want".


    Compared with technical workers, the general practitioners, who were not hard to recruit in previous years, are also facing shortages.

    On the job fairs after the Spring Festival, most of the recruitment hurdles clearly include "no work experience restrictions, free training provided by the company" and so on.

    At the same time, Chen Cangsong, vice president of the Quanzhou textile and clothing trade association, took the lead in Henan and Hubei to inspect labor resources last year. He said: "some counties and cities in these places have even started to regard the rate of wastage of migrant workers and the rejection rate as an important assessment index for local cadres."


    It is easy to find Quanzhou's local newspapers before and after the Spring Festival. In Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangxi and other places, the recruitment advertisements in newspapers began to increase significantly.

    In Jinjiang, Chen Dai has even seen large outdoor billboards for recruitment by Hunan enterprises.

    In addition to the names and addresses of enterprises, there are still some ways of linking up the advertisements.

    "The salary is almost the same, why do we have to leave our native place", "where technology is ripe to go everywhere", "welcome back to home work"...

    From the recruitment advertisements of these enterprises, they have been targeted at skilled skilled workers on the ground in Quanzhou.


    Rising wages in the Midwest


    The rise of work remuneration in the central and western regions began to be gradually balanced with the eastern part, and to a large extent led to the return of migrant workers.


    2000 years ago, a worker in Anqing, a small garment worker in Shishi, Anhui, said that the remuneration of garment enterprises in Anhui and Wuhu is generally around RMB yuan, which is almost the same as that of Quanzhou.

    In the view of Xiao Song, many migrant workers returning home have other considerations. That is, "returning home to work, and taking care of the elderly and children who need to take care of them, and they do not have to endure the hardships of traveling in spring every year."


    It is understood that the number of members of the folk townships in Shishi, a city in Anqing, Anhui, fell from three 150 years ago to more than 60 at present.

    At present, in the traditional "fellow townsman" recruiting way is still dominant, as the southeast coast of Quanzhou employment situation, is not optimistic.


    Strategy: raise salary = the only choice?


    Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation, for the majority of private enterprises in Quanzhou, raising salaries is already the only choice.


    From the Quanzhou textile and Apparel Association, the footwear industry association, the stone association and other major industry associations, it was learned that more than 80% of Quanzhou's private enterprises have made a salary increase plan after the holidays, and the rate of increase is generally over 10%.

    But Chen Cangsong, vice president of Hongyuan Group of Fujian, believes that although the salaries of workers in recent years have been increasing year by year and the increase is not small, there is still little room for big wage increases.


    Chen Cangsong added that at present, the prices of raw materials such as cotton, chemical fiber, stone and other raw materials needed for the production of most traditional industries in Quanzhou are almost at the highest or the highest level in history. In addition, the RMB continues to appreciate against the US dollar. Most of the enterprises' profit margins are in the single digits. Quite a few enterprises even linger around the critical point of profit and loss. The "Quanzhou manufacturing" of small profits can not bear the high rising cost of labor.


    Revelation: the two generation of migrant workers need more than just money.


    They are short of work, digging workers, fighting for jobs and rush to work.

    The employment threshold of enterprises is being raised in an all-round way and the labor cost of enterprises is pushed up.

    In Chen Cangsong's view, under the test of higher labor costs, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises with weak competitiveness are inevitable, and enterprises with brand and technological advantages will stand firm. A new round of industry reshuffle is taking shape.


    Even the wage increase is showing a diminishing marginal effect.

    According to Ji Sheng, vice president of human resources, Leo Lang Co., Ltd. believes that now the price of agricultural products has gone up, the improvement of rural welfare policies and the first generation of migrant workers have some primitive accumulation, and so on, making the second generation of migrant workers who are the main body of the 1980s and post-90s come to the workshop as the front line.


    In order to pursue a more comfortable working environment, these new generation of migrant workers are often used to job hopping.

    Chen Cangsong disclosed that the loss rate of front-line workers in Hongyuan Group was 150% last year, while three years ago, the figure was about 25%.
