Cao Dewang, 9, who was forced to drop out of school when he was only 14 years old, was eager to read Chinese and foreign masterpieces as much as he could. Then he went on the road of self entrepreneurship with concentration, intention and self-esteem.
Before 1983, Cao Dewang was only a salesman of Gaoshan glass factory in Fuqing City, Fujian province. His job was to sell water glass for people in this township enterprise called "mainland goods".
Cao Dewang started selling tobacco in the street since he was 16 years old. He also planted in the people's commune, earning only 10 Fen yuan a day.
"Those days are too tired. Before mom wakes me up everyday, she sits at the head of the bed and wakes me up."
Later, he served as a chef and sold fruits.
Cao Dewang did not hide the difficult and embarrassing past.
In 1976, Cao Dewang began to work as a buyer in the Fuqing high mountain irregular glass factory.
In 1983, the factory gradually lost money, and the local government could not turn it into a profit, so it asked Cao de Wang to contract the factory, and within a year, the factory was profitable.
According to Weng Zuying, general manager of Fuyao bus glass, Cao Dewang agreed to make a piece of glass for Chinese people in the early days of the contract.
At that time, the alpine plant was poor in equipment and backward in technology.
When Cao Dewang learned about the situation, he came to the workshop, and when he was still very high in the furnace, he took the lead in finding out the cause in the oven and found the reason.
His hard work, dedication, dedication and bravery moved the hearts of the staff silently.
In the era of high mountain profiled glass factory, Cao once went to the railway station on business.
A man carrying several pieces of glass shouted to the crowd, "get out of the way, be careful, break it up and you can't afford it."

In 1983, Cao Dewang resolutely contracted the small township factory which was losing money every year, and quickly shifted its main business to automotive glass, which completely changed the history of China's auto glass market monopolized by foreign brands.
In 1987, he raised 6 million 270 thousand yuan to set up Fuyao Glass Co., Ltd.
In 1993, Fuyao Glass landed on domestic A shares.
It is the first company to introduce independent directors in China.
The only cash dividend in China's stock market is a listed company that raises funds up to 4 times.
Leading layout is the key to Cao Dewang's victory.
In 1995, when the Chinese car market had only 320 thousand cars a year, Fu Yao had begun to apply for approval of the car factory. In 1999, when the industry began to sprint in the Chinese market, Fu Yao had been leading the export market and the United States was successful.
In 2001 - 2005, Cao Dewang led the team to fight hard and lasted for several years and spent more than one hundred million yuan, successively winning the two anti-dumping cases in Canada and the United States, shocked the world.
Fuyao Glass has also become China's first Chinese enterprise that sued the US Department of Commerce and won the victory.
In 2006, when the US Secretary of Commerce came to China, he named Cao Dewang.

Today, the automobile glass produced by Fuyao has accounted for 71% of the market share of China's automobile glass, and has successfully entered the international automotive glass supporting market, and has taken a place in the competitive international market.
It has become an important global supplier of luxury brands such as Bentley, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Germany Audi and so on. It is the second largest automotive glass manufacturer in the world.

Fuyao Glass, which has been growing rapidly in recent years, is not only the first listed company in Fujian, but also China's largest and fourth largest automotive glass company in the world, accounting for more than 60% of China's market share. The top eight car factories in the world are Fuyao's customers.

In the third quarter of this year, Fuyao Glass income was 1 billion 600 million yuan, up 4% over the same period last year, but net profit reached 400 million yuan, an increase of 135% over the same period last year, compared with 237% in the second quarter.
After more than half a year's adjustment, Cao Dewang finally led Fuyao Glass through "the most difficult period".
In 2008, the financial crisis swept the globe, and Fuyao Glass was also affected.
In 2008, Fuyao Glass income was 5 billion 700 million yuan, an increase of 10% over 2007, but its net profit was only 200 million yuan, down 73.17% from 2007.
Faced with the crisis, Cao Dewang began a series of adjustments in Fuyao.
First of all, Cao Dewang adjusted the production line, closed or sold the building float glass production line, instead increased the investment in higher profit auto glass, because Cao de Wang had not been optimistic about the real estate industry for a long time.
In the enterprise, Cao Dewang implemented technical pformation and process adjustment measures to improve Fuyao's business efficiency and reduce costs.
