    The seminar on school enterprise cooperation and characteristic running held by the China Textile and clothing education association was held at Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College, Guangdong.

    The seminar was presided over by Professor Shi Yimin, President of Guangdong textile and clothing education association.


    In the reform and development of vocational education, school enterprise cooperation is undoubtedly a key point.

    School enterprise cooperation not only embodies the most direct and distinct characteristics of vocational education, which is closely related to economic society, industry and enterprises, but also is a key link in the current reform and innovation mode of vocational education, teaching mode, training mode and evaluation mode. It is also an important way to integrate Vocational Education into economic and social development and industrial development planning, and to promote the scale of vocational education, professional setup and the needs of economic and social development.


    What is the fatal weakness of the development of Vocational Education in China? Yuan Guiren, Minister of education, clearly pointed out: weak in the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises, he stressed that this is the focus of the reform and development of Vocational Education in the coming period. It is a difficult point that we should make great efforts and must make great efforts to explore and solve.


    Experts pointed out that although the cooperation between schools and enterprises is going on in full swing, cooperation among many institutions is still at a low level of cooperation, and there is no deep cooperation and no real high-level and more stable cooperative relationship has been established.


    Combined with the latest practice of our school, Chen Yousheng, Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College, said that there are polarization phenomena in some colleges and universities, or the emphasis on traditional teaching of theoretical knowledge. Students have few opportunities for hands-on practice and low ability to operate. Either they are based on the post arrangement of enterprises, allowing students to take up internships, and schools are seriously disconnected from their theoretical knowledge and educational tracking, which is not conducive to comprehensively improving students' professional quality.

    In order to combine theory teaching with practice teaching, Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College has made new explorations.

    We started the reform of school enterprise cooperation and work integrated learning mode. It started with the introduction of the National Silk and cotton leading enterprise Anthony (International) Garments Co., Ltd., and the first enterprise invested in the school to establish a student training plant and a training base for enterprise employees. The reform of the personnel training mode of "four in one" teaching, training, skill identification and production management was carried out in the following three aspects: "school professional, factory and industrial, student employment three industry docking, theoretical teaching and practice teaching in parallel".
