Bo Li Li Is Investing In London For The 2012 Olympic Games.
Angela Arentz, chief executive of Burberry, a British luxury brand, said that Bo Li Li was planning to make active reinvestment in London by reorganizing the store portfolio and opening new retail space.
Although its headquarters are in London, its sales in Europe account for only 1/3 of its total sales.
Angela Arentz said Burberry will aim to turn London into its biggest flagship market, and the 2012 Olympic Games prompted cypress to increase its influence in London.
The company recently acquired the storefront of Regent Street in London and opened its first Covent Garden.

If it succeeds, the result will be as Angela Arentz said, "this is the greatest thing that has happened in London for a long time".
Angela Arentz said: "I think with our real estate and brand footprint, now is our active investment in London.
The hottest thing is London's upcoming Olympic Games with thousands of people coming to London in 2012.
But she did not disclose the specific amount of investment.
She said: "we hope all over the world.

She continued, "I think London is our headquarters. Shouldn't it be our biggest flagship store in the world?"
Another reason for her bold plan is the annual influx of Asian tourists to London.
About 57 million Chinese traveled abroad last year.

Expenditure is 6 times that of domestic consumption, while London is the second largest tourism destination they want to visit when they travel.
About 30% of London's total sales are from Chinese tourists.
