Mianyang Sheng Wei NC Co., Ltd. is a shareholding high tech enterprise holding by the 58 weapon and equipment Research Institute of China (southwest Automation Research Institute). Shen Wei CNC started developing CNC system products with independent intellectual property rights since 70s. At present, there are more than ten kinds of products in three major departments. It has been listed as a national new product promotion project and a "95" scientific and technological achievement key promotion project.

In 2001, it was listed as a major national scientific and technological tackling key project. It is one of the few domestic systems with strong competitiveness in the domestic market.

Mianyang Sheng Wei CNC Co., Ltd. develops and produces CNC system products widely used in lathes, milling machines, punching machines, boring machines, grinding machines and other two or three, four or five coordinate machinery and equipment numerical control pformation and supporting services, covering more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide over 1000 enterprises, and has made important contributions to the development of national NC industry in China.

Over the years, Mianyang Sheng Wei CNC Co., Ltd. has successfully pformed more than 4000 sets of ordinary machine tools for users, and has made contributions to the development of the national manufacturing informatization.
