First,
Thumb leader
Thumb is undoubtedly a leader's role in the role of the hand.
A team without leadership is like a hand without a thumb, and a team without excellent leadership is like losing a half hand as a thumb hurts.
So I have always stressed that leaders play an absolutely important role in the team. Just like Eisenhower said, a lion led sheep can defeat a lion led by a sheep.

If a team wants to be good, it must have an excellent leader.
What is the role of a leader in a team?
The first is to define the goals and direction of the team; the second is coordination and control.
Coordination is the contradiction between players. Excellent teams always have different types of talents. Because of their differences and interdependence, they are bound to have contradictions. Executor
Executive ability is a very difficult topic. A leader is often an excellent strategist or an excellent tactician, but rarely a good executor.

Four. Ring finger - free man.

Five. Little thumbs - informer, diplomat
The little thumbs are the most outdoors, so the news is the best.
Team work always requires all kinds of information. It requires a macro vision and needs to be contacted or co operated with different external forces. In these activities, the role of information personnel and diplomats is essential.
The team requires that the role need to be quick thinking and initiative exploration, which requires extensive connections and strong sense of responsibility.
The role of this role is: 1 make recommendations and actively introduce external information for the team; 2, contact with individuals or groups who hold other views; 3 participate in consultations.
A good team is like the five fingers of a human being. The lack of one is incomplete, and of course, there is no surplus.
