In August 21st, after the joint evaluation of China Textile Industry Association and China Garment Industry Association, Pulandian formally declared that the work of "Chinese suits" is officially accepted.

After years of continuous growth, the garment and textile industry cluster, which is led by Dayang, Parke Lan De, dsen and other leading enterprises, has developed into the leading garment and textile industrial cluster in Dalian and a well-known clothing processing base in the country.

The industry mainly produces suits, down garments, fashion, children's clothing and other products.

At present, Pulandian garment and textile enterprises have developed to more than 600, of which 166 are over scale enterprises, more than 40 thousand are employed, 82 million are garment processing capacity, and the annual gross output value exceeds 20 billion yuan, accounting for more than half of Dalian.

During last year's Expo, dozens of garment enterprises in Pulandian participated in the exhibition.

The overall strength of production and processing has attracted the attention of China Textile Industry Association.

After the meeting, Zhang Yiming, mayor of Pulandian, took the lead in making full efforts and actively preparing for it. After nearly a year's promotion by the city Organizing Committee of Wuhan Expo, it finally became an industrial cluster of "famous Western clothes".

At present, there are 57 counties and county-level cities that have succeeds in the apparel industry cluster in China. Among them, Pulandian is the first place in the suit industry cluster with the most high-end technology requirements.

Pulandian Garment Industrial Park

At present, Pulandian has already carried out the overall planning of the garment industrial park, and set up a management committee and a specialized company to carry out the project follow-up.

The total area of the park is 28 square kilometers. It will focus on six major garment industrial parks, namely, the headquarters Economic Zone, the personnel training area (the vocational training base is the main body), the International Convention and exhibition area (the main body of the Dalian International Convention and Exhibition Center), the business center area (the main business center of the new outlets), the finished garment processing area (with Yang Yang Group as the main body) and the excipient production area.

Liu Jian, vice mayor of Pulandian, said that on the basis of the existing garment industry, through the introduction, digestion and absorption of international advanced technology, with high-end textiles and brand clothing as the leader, Pulandian will build a garment industry base with the core competitive advantage and the complete industrial chain as the representative of suits.

On the industrial structure, the output value of the three terminal products of clothing, household textiles and industrial textiles is 49:32:19.

In the future, under the background of the development of Dalian's global urbanization, Dayang group will drive the sustainable development of garment enterprises, plan and develop the consignment marketing center, the brand foundry center and the suit processing industrial zone, and strive to build the "Pu Xi New Area" into a "famous Chinese suit City".

Liu Jian said that Pulandian will vigorously promote the construction of "famous Western clothing".

In view of the fact that the supporting ability of local industry is not strong, Pulandian will build a consignment sales center for surface accessories under the existing planning. At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of the brand foundry center and the industrial processing area of suits.

With the support of the provincial industrial cluster development policy, on the basis of relevant policies in Dalian, the garment industrial park will rent the standard plant enterprises within three years, and the land pfer fees paid by the enterprises will be used for the infrastructure construction of the enterprises. Awards and subsidies will be given according to the cost of land acquisition and the contribution to the local finance within three years.
