    "Cities that have already implemented housing restriction measures should continue to strictly enforce relevant policies. The scope of restriction is only limited to urban areas, and some housing types should be adjusted as soon as possible and strictly enforced."

    A number of experts made the judgement that the Ministry of housing's attitude was more relaxed than before.

    Its performance is: first, the restriction period is relatively short, "can be tentatively scheduled for the end of this year"; two, the Ministry of housing has reserved the power of "specific standards to be properly amended"; three, the purchase of cities is only partial.
