The report said the move was related to Gap's previous goals.
He said it would reduce the total number of square feet in the US by 10% by the end of 2013, and double its revenues outside the US, reaching 30% of the total revenue by the end of 2013.
The report quoted Mo Fei, chief executive of GlennMurphy, as a statement: the company's global strategy and the combination of outstanding growth platforms make us the top 10 in the world.
Clothing market
Favorable position.
In North America, the company is taking a series of steps to promote sales in the near future, and I am confident that under the strong management team, the company's business will continue to grow.
Like other American businesses in all walks of life, in the United States
Economics
GAAP is also looking for opportunities for overseas growth amid tight spending during the recession.
But even before the US economy turned sour, the popularity of GAAP under the fierce competition between Abercrombie&Fitch and H&M was fading.
