After many consultations, the two sides finally signed a collective wage agreement.
According to the agreement, the minimum wage standard for the textile workers in the whole town must be 8% higher than the minimum wage standard of the staff and workers in Shanghai, 5 percentage points higher than the agreement last year, and the minimum wage standard and wage guidance line for 9 types of workers, such as tailors and sewing workers, have been worked out.
