    Reporters learned from the textile fair that despite the adverse effects of the international market this year, the output value and export of Dalang's woollen Enterprises above scale still maintained 10% growth.

    Wang Zhenjian, Secretary of the Dalang Town Committee and chairman of the town people's Congress, said that the tenth weaving trade fair will take the opportunity to take three measures to promote the development of the long hair weaving industry.


    Brand manufacturers rush to book machinery booths

    Among them, the clothing area is mainly covered by berths and occupies 90% of the total number of booths. It attracts many famous brands such as Ying Wei, Mao Rong, Xing Ye, Zhong Sheng, Ji fan Deng and Hong Po Tsai to participate in the exhibition.

    Since the beginning of this year, despite the impact of the international economic downturn and the rising price of the upstream industry chain, the big Mao textile industry has vigorously promoted the development of digital and mechanized production, promoted the production efficiency of enterprises and reduced the labor costs.


    At present, the total amount of CNC looms used by big wool weaving enterprises is nearly 30000 units. Dalang has become a barometer of the market of CNC looms, which has led the majority of control loom manufacturers to swarm at home and abroad. The exhibition booth has appeared a "hard to find" hot spot. Many famous mechanical manufacturers, including German Stoll, Italy Saint Anthony and Cixing, Sheng Xing, Longxing and sewing God, have joined the exhibition.


    The reporter learned that the original 68 mechanical booths were snapped up within two weeks of recruitment. The organizing committee should increase the number of mechanical booths to 90 at the request of enterprises, and also set up fourth minutes for the Yin Lang North Road.


    50 thousand buyers, big Lang group buying


    The organizing committee said that more than 50 thousand professional purchasers were invited, including international businessmen from Russia, Japan, Germany, Italy, Pakistan and the United States.


    The domestic purchasing group is even larger. Besides the industry organizations in the Pearl River Delta region such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Humen, China supermarket joint purchasing and Trade Federation, Henan garment industry association, Fujian garment industry association and Chengdu Kowloon Chamber of Commerce have organized their enterprises to attend the meeting.

    According to statistics, there are more than 800 agents in the provinces during the weaving period.


    In order to better help the exhibitors to connect with overseas buyers, this year, the Dalang Textile Fair also organized the "pnational knitting professional buyers' Procurement Association" through the joint international procurement network. Through on-site visits and the designated negotiation area and exhibitors' designated negotiations, the order was brought directly to the enterprises, thus further enhancing the specialization and internationalization of weaving trade, and highlighting the effectiveness of the exhibition.


    Three tactics to help develop the world


    Reporters learned from the weaving conference that in 2010, the output value of Dalang above scale wool weaving enterprises was 8 billion 300 million yuan, the total sales revenue was 8 billion 280 million yuan, and the total export volume was 4 billion 500 million yuan, achieving an increase of 51% and 41% respectively.

    This year, Da long woolen still maintained a strong growth momentum. In 1~8 months, gross industrial output value of wool industry in Dalang above scale increased by 9% compared to the same period last year, and gross export volume of woollen goods increased by 11%.

    In the unstable macroeconomic environment, the big wool weaving industry is still full of vitality.


    At the opening ceremony of the Textile Fair, Wang pointed out that Dalang will take the tenth "weaving rendezvous" as an opportunity and a new starting point, and take three measures to promote the development of the big wool weaving industry in depth.

    First, we should set up a scientific research institution with a certain scale and strong R & D capability, and focus on introducing a number of well-known brand R & D institutions. Two, we should encourage enterprises to pform from OEM to create their own brands, and to attract famous brands to enter. Three, while consolidating the international market, we should strive to open up the domestic market.
