At present, the management mode of the textile industry is mostly the management mode of modern large enterprises, so it is very necessary for professionals who know both professional knowledge and management. The textile industry "12th Five-Year" development plan also mentioned that we should build a leading talent team in the industry. This team needs to have global strategic vision, market pioneering spirit, management innovation ability and social responsibility, which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of talents in the industry.
When talking about the education of textile major, Ni Yangsheng stressed that textile education should carry out teaching in accordance with the laws of education. For example, as early as many years ago, some old scholars and experts in the domestic textile industry referred to the development route of foreign textile industry, and put forward the establishment of nonwoven materials and Engineering Specialty in domestic textile colleges according to the domestic textile education situation at that time. In 2005, Donghua University and Tianjin University of Technology set up this major as a pilot project, and then promoted it in the national textile professional institutions. The training of talents requires a certain cycle. Nowadays, the development of industrial textiles in our country is just the time when professional talents are applied. The professional talents trained in the early stage just help the development of the industry. This is a typical example of textile education closely related to the development of industry and teaching according to the rules.
Speaking of this year's work, Ni Yangsheng said that the textile Education Association is willing to provide services for the development of the industry and teaching in Colleges and universities. All the work of the association this year will revolve around the word "quality" two words. "Quality" means that the association will have a deeper understanding of the needs of colleges and universities, improve teaching standards, and transmit enterprise information.
