    Enterprise Tolls Pportation Cost Logistics

    Yesterday, the China Federation of logistics and purchasing (short for China) announced that since the introduction of the nine "logistics country", the business tax equalization pilot enterprises have reduced the average tax amount by 3 million 720 thousand yuan.

    Cross road toll is still a heavy burden on logistics enterprises, and 37% of enterprises pass the tolls over 40% of pportation costs.


    Excessive Luqiao costs increase the burden of logistics enterprises


    The survey was conducted in February of this year, including 53 state-owned enterprises, 60 private enterprises and 7 Foreign and Sino foreign joint ventures.

    If there are 62 types of integrated logistics enterprises, 46 are pport oriented logistics enterprises, and 12 are warehousing enterprises.


    For logistics enterprises, cross road toll is still a heavy burden on the body.

    The report shows that in the surveyed enterprises, the pport logistics enterprises spent an average of 44 million 590 thousand yuan on the tolls crossing the bridge last year, of which 37% of the enterprises spent more than 50 million yuan, some of the large road freight enterprises spent more than 100 million yuan, and the average cross road toll accounted for 34% of the pportation cost.


    In this regard, the China Federation of logistics and purchasing believes that excessive Luqiao fees increase the burden on the logistics enterprises and increase the social circulation costs. It is suggested that the supervision on the toll of highways should be increased, the unreasonable toll stations should be abolish, and the high highway toll standards should be reduced step by step, and the corresponding systems and standards should be worked out to reduce the cost of highway management and maintenance.


    Business tax reform is mixed


    In August 2011, the opinions of the general office of the State Council on policies and measures to promote the healthy development of the logistics industry give preferential policies to the logistics enterprises in terms of Taxation, pportation, investment and financing and land, etc., which are known as "nine logistics countries" by the industry.


    The report found that in the logistics enterprises, the pilot project of the business tax difference tax has achieved obvious results. In the surveyed enterprises, there were 51 pilot enterprises for the business tax difference tax, and the average amount of tax paid by the pilot enterprises decreased by 3 million 720 thousand yuan last year.


    However, the tax burden on the pilot enterprises that changed business tax to value added tax increased.

    Among the surveyed enterprises, there were 21 enterprises participating in the pilot project of business tax to VAT. In January this year, 67% of the pilot enterprises actually increased the value added tax to a certain extent, increasing the tax burden by an average of 50 thousand yuan.
