Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, I am delighted to be here today on behalf of the clothing industry association to issue an annual view. I saw in the media a few days ago that our Vice Premier Li Keqiang said that China's economy has changed from the rapid growth in the past to the current and future growth in a few years. That is to say, GDP's pursuit will not grow at a rate of over 7%. Basically, it will be able to enter a well-off society in the year 2020. I strongly agree with this view.
Because it is impossible for an economy to keep growing for a long time. The pformation of the economy has entered a healthy medium speed growth. I think it is more conducive to sustained development. So I am very glad to be here today to represent us.
Garment industry
Publishing such an annual view, it is an annual view that enterprise pformation service driven is the demand for market evolution.
The core of this view is to shift from a product centric manufacturing enterprise to a customer centered service oriented enterprise, fully meet customer's spiritual needs, extend product value chain, create service brand and achieve brand added value.
Because we all know that our clothing industry is a very special industry. They have to satisfy people's material needs, that is, functional needs, and meet the needs of people's spiritual culture. They are not only a functional consumption, but also a kind of spiritual and stylish fashion consumption. It is both a product and an ornament, so we make clothes to meet people's different needs.
To meet the different needs of people, we must have different means, different ways and different ways to satisfy them.
In terms of the development of our garment industry over the past thirty years, that is to say, we should go to the era of service driven.
There are many here, like me, who have started to make garments after the reform and opening up. I have been doing this for 81 years. I would like to take the experience of 10 years and more of these enterprises here.
That is to say, we have basically gone through so many years.
The first is the era of garment industry.
That is to say, from 80 to 95 years, at this time, we have just started from a planned economy to the reform and opening up to a new stage, and 94 years ago, China has become the largest country in garment production in the world. In that era, we should say that the era of clothing technology, the golden age, when we went out to introduce, how many equipment, how big the factory and how many employees were proud, the listed companies at that time were also garment manufacturing enterprises, such as the original Siqi and so on, these are a number of representative enterprises rising in that era.
The second is the commercial era of clothing.
So during this period of time, when we went out to introduce enterprises, we all saw him have channels, his advertising coverage and popularity. At this time, I think clothing is a business era.
At this time, we all compete in the number of outlets, coverage and so on.
At this time, there are a number of outstanding enterprises, for example, accord.
Seven wolves
Semir and so on, and Lining, including us, are also beginning to come out in this era.
So these enterprises have gone through more than 10 years of development and become listed companies, so this time is a commercial era.
The third is the era of clothing service industry.
I remember visiting Henan in the first half of this year to see a group of Fujian brand enterprises. When we looked at them, we felt that the product positioning was almost the same. Then we went to guess and guess when we said that you would see which shop would have the highest sales, and everyone had the opinion of everyone. Later, I pointed to one of the shops. I said the shop must be the highest seller. Why do you say so? I said the salesperson laughed the highest, sir, would you like something to drink? I said, drink a little, boiled water or drink, I said boiled water, and he asked me whether it was hot water or cold water, and his service was made at home.
Therefore, when we come to this time, we should attach importance to clothing service and service.
It should be said that now our garment industry has entered a service industry era, clothing is a retail service industry.
This company also has personal experience. We set up a special department in 2005. For the special shop, the first is the image Department and the clothing department. According to his face shape, his body, his occupation, the occasion of his entry and exit, how to establish a clothing matching for him, we also have free volume customization, we also have a special service system, and free dry cleaning.
At the same time, there is a bar, tasting and coffee in the big shop, all of which are free of charge.
We provide free tours and famous tours for VIP to different degrees.
We started the activity in 2005, and accounted for 10% of our customers. Now we account for more than 60% of VIP. Some of them have taken up more than 70 of us, so I think we will have the future.
Clothing brand
We should fully enter this era of service win, which requires us to compete from the original price to the value competition, not to compare the amount of sales I sell this year, and how much discount I make, which is not desirable and is bad for the industry.
