Why do I talk about corporate social responsibility? I want to share some of the work done by corporate social responsibility in the past few years.

< p > just now, Lin is always talking about brand. I have been thinking about a problem. Actually, there is one thing, our original design, including supply chain is very important, but one thing, I think the quality of our brand in the process of operation is the most important.
If the quality of a brand is not up to a certain level in the future business process, the future development of this brand is short term and has no core competitiveness.
So what we understand is our future positioning, where is the future breakthrough of our manufacturing industry in China? Then how do we achieve this kind of relationship between the corporate social responsibility and quality in order to reach an industrial chain like ours? /p
< p > let me first talk about the social responsibility I understand.
There are several points in social responsibility: first, we are responsible to consumers.
So how can we produce our consumers with high added value, our better quality products, this is our most basic consideration for consumers.
Second, we are responsible for our employees.
As we all know, we are now on the coast of our enterprises, so the turnover rate of employees is very large.
So how can we achieve low turnover rate for employees? This is also something we should consider in social responsibility.
We are responsible for the environment of our garment enterprises.
In fact, the clothing industry is relatively less polluted, but how are we responsible for the whole social environment? Fourth, our social responsibilities.
Social responsibility, before we understand that social responsibility is the question of how much money is donated, but the social responsibility of our enterprises is not only the amount of money donated by enterprises.
The fifth is to be responsible for the ordinary. An enterprise must make a profit. If there is no profit, there will be no sustainable development.

Actually, I feel very much. When I was in 2005, I went to China's clothing, the vice president of the China Textile Association, and the director of our foreign trade division. We went to the European Union and the European Union's non-governmental organizations to exchange and learn about the social responsibility of enterprises.
But when we arrived in Italy, the president of the Textile Association of that day came to receive us. At that time I was very angry. When he opened his mouth, he blamed our Chinese enterprises. A series of topics such as your intellectual property, your fake, your quality and so on came out. At that time, the president of Italy was also fighting back fiercely, saying that we attached great importance to quality. So at that time, I was shocked that we did not have good quality of production and could not get the respect of the enterprises.
So what is the relationship between our social responsibilities and product quality? How can we guarantee the quality of our products?

< p > in fact, you know, the employee turnover rate I mentioned just now is very large, and the flow of employees is large, so there is no way to guarantee the normal production of enterprises.
As we all know, we are different from those strong countries that are relatively strong manufacturing industries. Our Chinese employees have a word called migrant workers.
First, the literacy level of migrant workers is not enough.
How do we let these employees stay in the enterprise for three years and five years, the longer the employee time, the quality of your quality can be guaranteed.
You are doing so well in the manufacturing industry in Germany and Japan. What kind of problem are their employees? Then we went to Italy to visit a lot of Companies in Italy, their employees, an old lady with old glasses as a product and a generation of clothing.
So our employees in China are in such a situation that the longer they are in your business, the better your quality will be.

< p > stabilizing employees is a fundamental guarantee for the quality of our products. I also feel deeply about this.
At that time, a textile enterprise went to Wenzhou to find a processing factory. At that time, they went back to many factories in Wenzhou, and felt that they did not meet their requirements. At that time, they called our president of the Wenzhou clothing association. He said we had no hope to go back. President Cheng gave him a suggestion. I drove back to pick them up immediately.
He thinks our idea is very good, how do we maintain quality, how do we treat employees? From these cases, they immediately told them to come to see the factory immediately. They came to five or six people a week.
At that time, he didn't look at our quality at all. He kept checking some records of me, all the welfare benefits for employees and so on. Because of the fact that there was a factory inspection, I was surprised that he didn't pay attention to the quality of my products. He gave me a logic, you did well in quality, sure that the employees were stable, and the stability of your employees' product quality was definitely stable, so he was so logical that he gave a great feeling.
So where is our quality? That is, on the one hand that we adjust the future to a high value chain of our industry, that is to say, our social responsibility is our core competitiveness, that is, our endogenous driving force and new advantages.

< p > living environment, our staff, good staff quarters.
Because Wenzhou knows that the price of land is very high. Our production land nearly 400 acres of land, we bought a piece of land, and built a number of staff quarters. I spent five or six mu of land for nearly 20 million of the tax, and so on for the better life of our employees, plus cover, we spent four, fifty million, is to improve the living environment of employees.

< p > besides, we have set up a staff love fund.
Many employees in our company may often suffer from serious problems such as family and immediate relatives. How do we work out three pieces a month for each employee? Of course, it is voluntary. When we hire him, we will talk about it well. If you want to join the company, you will not be willing to join it. But if you are willing to join us, our love fund, your future family members, your immediate relatives will have serious diseases, or there are some major problems. Then we will give you a subsidy for the love fund.
So we have been doing this for about six or seven years. We should say that we have solved over 100 employees, and we have sent millions of money to the employees.
This love fund is very simple. 100 thousand of the money we get from our employees, our company will take 100 thousand more. Our team will decide whether or not to give it up. Of course, some employees regret not having joined it, but still give it to him, not to say no, but not to give it.

< p > to solve the problem of employee's schooling, many employees come to work now, but what happens to his children? His children's schooling problem is that we set up kindergartens in summer vacation, because everyone can't bring their children to the factory during the summer vacation, because in his local dialect, when the children are together in the two months of summer vacation, what shall we do? Otherwise, he will be unable to quit.
So in our company, we organized every summer vacation to solve kindergarten, to the children of employees, you want to bring can bring.
In addition, we help him solve his children's school problems, like the time of school every year, and I spend a lot of energy on solving this problem.
No way, because children go to school and go to other places to Wenzhou, so what do you do? So I come forward myself, let the government coordinate, continue to make proposals to the government, and help the children of the field workers.

< p > besides, our company has a 51 day labor medal winner. This is the whole workshop employee who has worked in our company for 15 years.
When many enterprises report from the first level, many of our enterprises give their owners their honor, but we are also an example for our employees to better serve their enterprises.

< p > our company is not big. So far, our whole production and brand have increased by more than 1500 people.
We are now in the company, I started more than 30 employees, and now 16 years, we have more and more employees.
We have more than 5 years of more than 500 people, our company has another characteristic. Our husband and wife are very many, especially two couples in our company, so his children will bring over, we will help him solve the problem of school.
Why do we build the dormitory buildings for these employees, and also solve the problem of the rooms of our employees?
We have accounted for 70% of our employees over the past 3 years, so we should say that it is difficult for us to recruit workers every year. Many enterprises are facing such problems, but our enterprises should still be good at this issue.
Our annual turnover rate should be relatively low.

< p > > in the 05 to 06 years, our China clothing association has given us an annual quality award. Why is it so? The stability of our staff gives a good testimony to the quality of our products.

< p > we are responsible for social responsibility. We released the report on social responsibility in the Great Hall of the people two times in 08 years and two years in 2010.
In the future, we will maintain such a report on social responsibility to the public in two years. Our social responsibility report is the first one in Wenzhou private enterprises. This is something we should be proud of.
