    In fact, we are fundamentally different from the local shoe manufacturers in terms of production and operation: we are streamlined production operations, and novice can soon get started; and local shoe companies are manual workers, even if we recruit high skilled local workers in the shoe industry, they will not be able to adapt themselves, so we have to learn from scratch.

    At present, for the whole foreign shoe enterprises, 80% of the foreign workers in the factory and 20% of the local workers.
