The 2013 autumn and winter new product conference was held in Shenzhen recently. The conference covered more than 200 new products, attracting more than a thousand franchisees to negotiate orders. In this regard, Lin Guofang, chairman and general manager of the company, said that product sales are no longer simply selling a set of products to customers, but to provide a complete supporting service plan for the customers' home life.

Reporters at the conference site saw that the new product launched by the company has not only improved greatly in the process design, but also innovatively developed a series of household products that match the traditional home textile products, such as all kinds of customized sofa and so on.
In response, Lin Guofang said, two years ago, the company proposed to do household products, most of which have already been produced. All kinds of products displayed on the spot, such as blankets, sofa and other supporting products, can meet the requirements of personalized customization for consumers. In the future, interior decorations such as wood flooring and marble floor decoration can also be done with home textile products.
Companies involved in the home market, also means that the company's industrial competition pattern will go up and down integration strategy. In this regard, Lin Guofang said frankly, this move is based on the company's original art home textile as the core competitiveness of the industry based on the extension, in the current market situation is not good, the company will combine the personalized needs of consumers, bold development of new industrial areas, the introduction of more differentiated products, to achieve industrial upgrading.
With electricity providers to open internationalization
In addition to promoting the integration strategy, fuanna also began to explore how to open the road of internationalization. Lin Guofang said that with the help of e-commerce, there will be good opportunities to move towards the international market.
In fact, in recent years, the construction of fuanna electronic commerce platform has achieved initial success.
In 2012, the sales volume of the company's electronic commerce increased significantly, and the annual sales volume of 170 million yuan was 1 times higher than that of the previous year. In 2013, the company said it would continue to increase the construction of new channels such as e-commerce, make full use of the new development mode, open up new sales channels, and add new growth points for the company.
As for how to open the door to internationalization, Lin Guofang believes that the company will make use of the business mode of the electricity supplier and the advantages of existing development and design to develop an exclusive electronic product suitable for consumers from different countries. At present, the company is learning about the consumption habits of consumers in various countries, and the key areas of concern include Europe, the United States, Australia and other places.
Trust professional managers
On the press conference, there were media inquiries about the progress of fuanna's indictment of 26 former employees. Lin Guofang said that in March 19th, the case was heard in the people's Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The first batch of 2 original shareholders appeared in court. The court only exchanged evidence for the two sides and did not make further reply. The letter of commitment is being identified for further notification by the court.
Lin Guofang also said that although the incident was caused by a breach of commitment by professional managers, the incident did not reduce the trust of professional managers.
Lin Guofang believes that there are at least a few problems in this case: first, it shows that the staff sign and deliver the letter of commitment to Fu Anna is reasonable and legitimate; the two is to prove that fuanna is a company with standardized operation and transparent financial affairs. Because the company's 26 former employees include the former chief financial officer of the company, the company's confidence is self-evident; three, the company's trust in professional managers has been emphasized. Fuanna has always attached great importance to the construction of the community of interests between enterprises and employees. After the company's launch, two phases of equity incentive plan were launched to attract talents and build management core, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
The company also refutes the argument that fuanna's prosecution of entrepreneurial staff is inappropriate. It is reported that 21 of the 26 employees who were prosecuted were recruited after 2006, while the establishment of fuanna was in 1994. 18 of them were working in fuanna for less than 3 years, and the shortest working time was less than 3 months.
Correspondingly, at the beginning, more professional managers chose to stay in the company, grow together with fuanna, and have already shared the results of the company's listing, and really formed a business community with fuanna.
