The central government has yet to decide for the time being, but it should be relaxed in the future. As for increasing the proportion of export value-added tax return and strengthening tax reduction, enterprises in Guangdong area may hardly enjoy special preferential policies, because we have joined the WTO and should operate according to the provisions of WTO.

According to the regulations of WTO, Guangdong is a developed area. It is generally not possible to enjoy the above preferential treatment as the less developed areas of the central and western regions.
