    It is understood that in the process of product development, Xiehe analyzed and studied the mechanism of the heat reflective insulation coating, and selected nano TiO2 (Jin Hongshi type) pigment to be added to the coating agent to improve the coating quality. coating The masking rate and reflectivity are used to achieve ideal heat insulation effect; the foam coating process is adopted.


    It solves the problems of fabric feel hard and breathable and moisture permeating, solves the key technology of pigment dispersing in the coating, solves the technical problems of medium dark fabric and temperature proof function and washability by adopting the compound process, and forms a set of mature production technology.


    The quality of products has been tested by the national textile product quality supervision and Inspection Center (Jiangyin), and all the indexes meet the technical requirements stipulated in the Q/320281 KNY01-2013 "pure cotton composite heat insulation fabric".
