Optimizing process parameters to improve yarn quality

The process principle of "multi combination, large spacing and reasonable draft" is adopted in the drawing process. The roving process adopts the principle of "large spacing, large draft area multiple draft, light roving quantitative and proper roving twist factor". Due to the consideration of pure spinning and blended yarns, siro spinning is necessary, so the design of roving must be light.
The spinning process adopts the principle of "large spacing, heavy pressure, reasonable back zone draft and jaw gap". Use Shaw 75 degree front roller to enhance the grip ability of front jaw. Attention should be paid to the selection of ring travellers, reasonable service life of the travellers and improvement of yarn hairiness. It is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of winding parts, reasonably set the speed of spinning, reduce the broken ends of spun yarn, and increase the unit output of spinning.
Siro spun yarn is better than ordinary ring spinning single yarn and hairiness yarn, but its thickness is longer than ordinary ring spinning. Because the fibers of Siro jaws are easily lost, resulting in a significant increase in yarn detail. Therefore, siro spinning should pay attention to the distance between the double horn and the size of the suction air, and reduce the details caused by the loss of the fiber.
In order to control the increase of yarn hairiness, the winding process uses a lower winding speed and proper winding tension to ensure the shape of the bobbin is good; a reasonable cleaning curve is set up, the harmful yarn defects are effectively eliminated, unnecessary yarn cutting is avoided, the strength and appearance quality of the joints are checked, and the quality abnormity is detected and handled in time by using the quality monitoring and alarm functions of the automatic winder.
