< p > North Central University is a multi-disciplinary teaching and research university managed by the Shanxi Provincial People's government and the national defense science and Technology Bureau, and managed by the Shanxi Provincial People's government.

The predecessor of the school was the eight army general headquarters, which was founded in the Taihang Anti Japanese base in 1941. The Taihang Industrial school, the first military school in our Taihang anti-Japanese base, was approved by the Ministry of education and approved by the Ministry of education in 2004.
