Ni Guobiao is very proud that the soles of functional shoes are relatively high in hardness, water and heat resistance. Although the technical threshold for soles is not high, the formulation and adjustment of the technological process is very important.
"For example, how to glue the cloth onto the blank mold and make it into the middle sole product, which not only ensures that the elasticity of the adhesive cloth reaches a certain standard, but also does not wrinkle.

In addition, Rui Hong (Xin Henghui) also improved the foaming process in the daily production process.
Before blowing through the material and manually polishing the flat foam, it often wastes a lot of material rice, and the improved stereoscopic foaming can only produce about 5g of leftover materials by setting a good rate and controlling the temperature and time.
