3 Stages Of Career Success

Most people don't know what they want or what makes them happy.

When you ask these people, "what's your dream job?" their answer is, "I don't know..."

So the first stage of any successful career is to fully understand yourself and know how you should treat yourself.

2. monetization.

Most people will reverse the first stage and the second stage.

They get a job (or choose a major in College) with the desire to earn money, and then wonder why they do not like themselves.

The key to success is to find out what you want to do first and then try to make others available.

Now you know which type of work will make you happy, and some people are willing to pay you to do such work. You can expand the ability to make you happy by contacting more people (customers).

This inevitably leads to the fact that you can earn more money from what you really enjoy doing.

The following is an example of my own life.

When I was four years old, I knew I wanted to be a writer.

I've been fighting this kind of ego for decades, and I've done a lot of work. From the outside, I've been successful in my work, but this is not what I really want in my heart.

Finally, when I give up confrontation,

When I surrender, my main task is to find someone to pay for my writing.

This is my first time to learn sales, because monetization is always a kind of sales behavior.

As a result, in less than two years, I became a full-time freelance writer. Now I earn two times as much money as I used to earn.

Because what I do now is that I always knew what I should do.

At this point in my life, I am in the third stage: focus on expanding my career as a writer, and make sure that my knowledge is really valuable to my readers (that is, you guys), and that the more readers I can get, the more value I can provide, so that I can earn more money.

I do not mean to impress you, but to tell you that you must listen to your inner self awareness and know what you should do in your life.

Once you hear these voices, I am absolutely sure that you will find a way to make people pay for what you do and what you really love.

Then you will do better.

Earn more money.

And happier.
