What is unique about it compared with previous years?
Qian Jinnai: the Eurasian Silk Road clothing festival has been successfully held for two sessions. There are three differences this year.
First, the costume festival was first incorporated into the National Convention and exhibition.
This year, with the vigorous promotion of the central and autonomous regional people's governments, the costume festival is officially incorporated into the Asia Europe Expo and is identified as the sub venue of the Asia Europe Expo.
The Asia Europe Silk Road garment Festival, both in form and content, is a huge improvement. Two, the clothing festival is listed in the national strategy.
This year, Xinjiang wants to develop the textile and garment industry to promote employment of millions of people. The purpose of this clothing festival is to accelerate the development of Xinjiang's garment industry, promote the implementation of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry and promote the implementation of millions of people's employment plans; three, the first time that the Chinese clothing convention was held in Xinjiang, which shows that the central government attaches importance to the development of textile and garment industry in Xinjiang and the strategic objective of promoting millions of people.
Reporter: as the only executive director of the clothing festival, why do you think your business is favored?
Qian Jinnai: Dehui group is committed to the 30 years of Commerce and trade. It has accumulated 5000 databases of merchants and 25000 customers of the whole industry chain, and has set up 8 thematic specialized markets, occupying more than 80% in Xinjiang and even in the western market.
Dehui group has spent more than 3 years in the study of 5 subjects in the textile and garment industry, providing detailed and basic materials for the central government to promote the employment policy of millions of people.
In addition, Dehui group is planning to build the "Xinjiang international textile and clothing and apparel trading center project", striving to create a new height of Xinjiang garment industry.
In this project, a large center consists of four small centers, namely the textile trading center, the clothing and clothing trading center, the cotton trading center and the national handicraft trading center.
Combined with the resource advantages of Xinjiang cotton and linen wool and the experience and accumulation in Dehui industry, we plan to support 100 carpet brands, 100 flax brands, 100 silk wool brands, 100 embroidery brands and 100 clothing brands, and promote the internationalization of national products, the internationalization of national art, and national costumes.

Reporter: according to the Convention, the national handicraft trading center attracts ethnic craftsmen to enter, but many minorities, especially women, seldom go out to work.
What is the attraction of this national handicraft trading center?
Qian Jinnai: first of all, let's introduce the original intention of building a national handicraft trading center.
Last year at the clothing festival, I saw more than 80 embroidered nuns and handicraft successors from north and South China, but unfortunately, because of their language barrier, lack of fashion design concepts and modern marketing methods, the products were relatively primitive and could not be close to the market, resulting in these art treasures can not be found and accepted by more people.
There is a woodcarving of artists in the southern Xinjiang. After our design and packaging, hundreds of Yuan's works were sold to thousands of dollars in the market, which is the role of design promotion.
Through this national handicraft trading center, we want to create and popularize national culture and handicrafts through design, research, product packaging, and marketing channels. We will bring their works into the domestic and international markets, realize the inheritance and popularization of traditional arts and crafts, and achieve "one person, one handicraft, one village, one product, everyone has income, and the village has development."
Our practice is that these ethnic craftsmen only set up workshops here, while production remained in the village.
So the problem just now is very easy to solve. In a family, a man can be sent to a studio in Urumqi, and the rest are still staying there.
Reporter: when you talk about internationalization of ethnic products and clothing, you can not do without brand packaging. Brand packaging is ultimately a talent issue.
At present, Xinjiang textile and clothing personnel, especially high-end design talents are scarce, you think to build a new international clothing and textile highland, how to break through the talent?
Qian Jinnai: we have already considered this problem when planning and constructing the "Xinjiang international textile clothing and garments Trading Center Project".
Therefore, in this planning, there is another indispensable link is the design of the creative building, is to attract high-end design talents to Xinjiang.
This fashion festival is a famous designer from France and Holland. It also hopes to communicate with Xinjiang fashion designers.
The goal of the future is to attract 500 top international players.
Design
The teacher came to Urumqi to set up a studio to communicate with local designers in Xinjiang to promote the internationalization of Xinjiang's clothing industry.
