    Reporter: the birth of the Empower Talents program has been one year ago. Do you think the role of motivating talents has been carried out according to the assumption?     Besides, we really like working with Vogue Italy and Franca Sozzani, because they take seriously the commitment on this project.

    Our cooperation is very successful, because we have a common goal: to find new and most potential fashion talents, and to provide them with cooperation opportunities under the sub brand of the group.

    This year's internship program will mainly take place in Italy, which is the birthplace of many of our brands, as well as Switzerland.

    Bottega Veneta, Brioni, Dodo, Girard-Perregaux, Gucci, JeanRichard, Kai Yun group headquarters, Pomellato and Sergio Rossi will provide the best young people with internship opportunities in various important areas, such as marketing, public relations, media communications, etc.

    Reporter: what are the biggest challenges and what are the most promising incentives as the project grows?

    F.H.P.: the training and management of talents is very important for Kai Yun group.

    The fashion luxury industry is not only attractive to young professionals, but also growing and developing.

    This means that our recruitment requirements for talents will be very high and we must learn to tap talents and support their professional and innovative development.

    The challenge we face every day is to find these professionals, but it also gives us a good chance, because they are crucial to the success of the group.

    We must ensure that we find them and make every effort to keep them.

    That's why we need to maintain a cooperative relationship with Vogue Italy on this project.

    Vogue's sensitivity to fashion and the attraction of our brand to fashion people are the decisive factors in discovering talents and helping them grow.

    Reporter: so far, what's the response of this project?

    F.H.P.: last year, our human resources department received many applications and the selection process was very intense.

    Brand involvement involving projects is enthusiastically involved.

    They calmly welcomed the challenge of exploring talents in depth so as to maintain the development of key businesses.

    The candidates also showed considerable enthusiasm.

    We have very good cooperation experience with the interns who entered the group at the time. Now we are evaluating some of them.

    F.H.P.: as you know, the motto of Kai Yun group is "to enhance imagination."

    As one of the giants of the fashion industry, it is our duty to encourage talent development and help young people to develop their careers.

    At present, we have other cooperative talents training programs.

    But because we want to be able to keep pace with the growth of these talents for a long time and to effectively lay a road for their success, we will not increase such cooperation just for cooperation.

    A cooperative project must be able to bring real value to young people and to us.

    For example, the strategic cooperation between China and Tsinghua University is a successful example: we have established a long-term strategic cooperation agreement on education and training programs to cultivate new people in art and design.
