In addition, the problems of energy saving and emission reduction are serious, and the industrial layout and resources and environmental carrying capacity are not in harmony, leading to the development of China's textile industry since 2011.

The industry pointed out that China's textile industry in the brand marketing than Europe and the United States, human resources slightly less than Vietnam, Laos and India, has been living in an awkward position. It is understood that from 2010 to 2011, China's textile foreign direct investment increased by 56.4% to 263 million US dollars. From 2011 to 2012, the investment growth rate reached 107%. Wang Tiankai said that in the future, the textile industry will also vigorously promote the "going out" of Chinese enterprises, overseas investment and construction of textile raw material bases, processing bases, R & D centers and marketing channels, effectively making up the weak links of the domestic industrial system, and promoting the optimization of the Division of labor in the global industry by expanding the allocation of transnational resources.
