It took us a long time to realize that the awe of products is the foundation of a brand.
What is the awe of the product? It's about the whole Chinese brand industry. We know that in the past three years or even a little longer, after 2008, China's consumer goods brands have been devastating, especially clothing brands. I remember that in the past 08 years, we have made an optimistic judgement that after 08 years, international brands may only have luxuries in China, especially the clothing brands. It is definitely not a good thing because China is made at our doorstep. We feel that it is easy to make identical products, everyone is copying, and customers are no exception.
Last year, we said that we had to make good products. I believe we raised the question at that time. Today, you will also tell us what to call a good shirt and what is a good shirt. This is what my team asked me at that time. It is so difficult for a shirt to make a shirt. When we mention all such problems, what we lack is actually the fear of the product.
How hard is a shirt? Let me tell you, today's guest is ironing. shirt From the end of November last year until the end of August this year, only one shirt was made, from fabric to ironing process. Edition type My product manager came crying all the way.
When we ask these questions, Made in China At the same time, we found that there was also a particularly big dilemma in making China. China made it very strong. I used to sing loudly about the greatness made in China. But when we ask this question, we find that China's manufacturing is known, but we do not know why. Many of them are internationally famous, so we used to call it fast, we execute fast, and we are fast on the scale. I don't think it's the truth. The truth is that we lack basic skills, and we lack the reason, so this is the problem of everyone.
But I want to tell you, what is it that I want to remind you when we have come this way? Many people do not yet know the truth.
The truth is terrible, because if we don't face the truth, in a few years, China's brand will definitely be finished. We will make shirts ourselves and turn around the problems of product quality and conduct research. The company's internal research, user research, street research, conclusion is that we basically can not remember what brand I want to buy, this is a particularly cruel fact.
I think at an investment conference today, it is hard for us to think calmly, consider products slowly and consider quality, because this is a particularly difficult matter. You will still ask the growth speed of this enterprise. Today's customers are awe of products and hope that their products are of good quality. Only product quality, a good shirt, a good T-shirt, a good suit, really become a good product, not a good name, good advertisement, those are bubbles.
Of course, there is no need for further promotion and marketing. This is necessary, but we cannot put the cart before the horse. Every guest has already been there. Perhaps the high cost of our awe is unimaginable, and the pain of our lessons is unimaginable.
