Fifth Party B promises Party A's delivery on time, construction and completion according to the contract, undertaking the quality problems of the equipment, and undertaking the engineering quality warranty responsibility during the quality warranty period.

The Sixth Party A agrees to Party B's commitment to pay the contract price in accordance with the terms and time stipulated in the contract.
