Procedure: 1, the date of application for international trademark registration shall be based on the date of receipt of the application form by the trademark office.
The application procedure is complete and the application number is filled out according to the regulations. The trademark office sends the application form (English or French) to the International Bureau within thirty days.

After the application of the international trademark registration has been completed, it is considered that the procedures are complete, and the categories and names of goods and services are correctly filled, that is, they shall be registered; if the procedures are not complete, the registered trademark will be postponed and the Trademark Office shall be notified.
The Trademark Office will notify the applicant or agent to complete the formalities within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice of the International Bureau.
3, after the international trademark registration, the International Bureau will announce it.
The protected countries designated in the application for international trademark registration will decide whether to protect them in accordance with their respective national laws.
The agreement stipulates that the time limit for the dismissal of a declaration is up to one year, that is, if the application for protection is not rejected within 13 months, the application shall be automatically protected (according to the protocol, member states may have the right to reject the time limit extended to 18 months as required).
4, the international bureau sends the registered trademark documents to the applicant directly. If the applicant has appointed the agent, he will send it to the agent.
