The Three Session Of The Second Session Of The Footwear Standards Committee Was Held In Tongxiang, Zhejiang.

The three session of the Second Committee of the Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the footwear Standards Committee) was held in Tongxiang, Zhejiang.

The leaders of Tongxiang, the second footwear committee members, observers, industry representatives, news media and more than 200 people attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Wan Xianghua, vice chairman of the footwear Standards Committee and Dai Zixue, deputy secretary general.

The conference was attended by the relevant government departments at all levels. Zhu Mingjie, executive vice mayor of Tongxiang, Zhu Jianping, director of Tongxiang quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, Shimen mayor Lv Zhongfei and Zhejiang

Li Weijuan, chairman of the association, was invited to attend the meeting.

Vice mayor Zhu Mingjie congratulated the general assembly in Tongxiang on the opening ceremony and introduced the important role of Tongxiang's shoe making industry and standardization in the pformation and upgrading of industries. Li Yuzhong, executive vice president and Secretary General of the China Leather Association, as the director of the shoes Committee, affirmed the work of the footwear Standards Committee, and briefed the leaders of the footwear Committee in 2015 on the enlarged meeting and the international standard training course.

The shoes committee will be Secretariat.

The Symposium on materials and development technology, the establishment of technical experts panel of the footwear Standards Committee, and the verification results of SAC/TC305 verification laboratory were announced; commendation was made to outstanding members and outstanding observers in 2015; and plaque and certificates were issued to 13 SAC/TC305 verification laboratories, which issued certificates for 11 new observers.

Qi Xiaoxia, Secretary General of the footwear Standard Committee, made 2015 annual work reports and 2016 annual work plans to the delegates.

During the meeting, all members of the committee voted for the 2015 annual budget and 2016 annual budget of the footwear Standards Committee, the change of members, the standard project plan for 2016, and other issues.

During the meeting, the footwear Standards Committee also extended the standard review procedure in 2015. 2 days before the beginning of the annual meeting, the expert group set up a pre examination of the standards so that the discussion could be focused and effective in the follow-up standard review process.

The senior experts from Yan Huai Dao, head of the group, 11 members of the technical expert group and four experts from relevant fields, discussed the four standards of "the determination of PAHs in the footwear and footwear components" and discussed the text carefully. Finally, four criteria were passed by the expert group for pre examination.

On the 3 day, the senior advisor of Yan Huai Dao was appointed as the head of the review team and the representatives of all the participants examined the four standards of the limited substances and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in footwear, footwear and footwear components. The review was conducted again on the basis of the preview of the expert group. All the participants agreed that the Secretariat would organize the four standards to be submitted to the press for approval, and then the Secretariat of the footwear Standard Committee issued a certificate to the standard drafting units for participating in the standard revision and drafting unit, and fully affirmed and confirmed the work of the drafting units.

On the 4 day of the technical exchange, 7 experts from different fields have conducted in-depth technical exchanges with representatives.

Invited expert Zhao Hongchun, chairman of China Standardization magazine, made the theme report of "reform and innovation of China Standardization", and the regional product safety counselor of CPSC, Asia Pacific Regional Office in Beijing. JakeMiller introduced the contents of CPSC's product safety regulations. 5 other experts in shoemaking industry introduced the current status and development trend of footwear standardization, the thinking of two integration practices, the fast screening technology of X fluorescence spectroscopy for heavy metals in leather, the application of polyurethane materials in shoe materials, the technology and development of health and comfort in Baotou and other fields.

The scene of the conference

The conference was successful and fruitful. It not only achieved consensus on a number of issues, completed the examination of four standards, but also made a perfect stop for the 2015 year's work and created a good start for the new year.
