In the short period of 50 days only during the new year's day and Spring Festival in 2015, there were 132 mass incidents in the industry, involving 7693 people, involving 155 million yuan, accounting for 45.20%, 56.50% and 53.45% of the group events in the industry from 1 to October this year.

From 1 to October this year, there were many cases of arrears of wages in the footwear industry, involving 8635 people, involving 56 million 538 thousand and 600 yuan, accounting for 30.69% and 14.20% respectively in all group incidents.

At the same time, mass incidents have gradually spread to the third industry.

Since the beginning of this year, the number of mass incidents in the three industries such as catering and retail businesses in the city has not been underestimated. There are many famous enterprises.

The head of the city's Bureau of human resources and social security said at the meeting that in order to prevent the event of arrears of wages, the city raised a total of 116 million yuan in arrears of emergency turnover this year, and accumulated a total of 18 million 90 thousand yuan.

Under conditions permit, we should open up a green channel for migrant workers to pay salaries, simplify the process of acceptance, shorten the time limit for handling cases, and improve the efficiency of disposal.

All cases involving the crime of refusing to pay labor remuneration must be handed over to public security organs to form a deterrent against malicious wage arrears.
