"At present, the pressure of China's garment export enterprises is relatively large. On the one hand, the demand for clothing commodities in the international market has declined in recent years, and the purchasing power of the market has been weakening. On the other hand, the production cost and labor cost of our garment export enterprises have been rising constantly, and the business burden of the enterprises is very heavy."
The head of a garment export enterprise in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, said, "in recent years, the export profits of our enterprises are not high, especially the export orders for high-end clothing products are becoming less and less.
In order to improve the export profitability of enterprises, we try to increase the production of mid-range clothing products, reduce the number of high-end clothing products, and hope to meet the procurement needs of the international market.

On the other hand, since the beginning of this year, the growth rate of the industry has slowed down significantly, the export volume and the volume of exports have decreased by 13.31% and 12.78% respectively, and the growth rate of the retail sales of clothing products above the domestic quota has dropped by 0.9%, and the growth rate of the enterprise's production has been reduced by 1.84%.
