Humming an old song of Yang Yuying, Sichuan Deyang people's Yu Jingyang (alias) flight slowly took off, the line is from Vietnam Hanoi to Sichuan Chengdu.
This is February 5th, the two day before New Year's Eve, and this year, when the Chinese New Year comes home, the company bought her round trip ticket two months in advance.
And just a year ago - in March 2015, Yu Jing Yang's Guangdong Zhaoqing Zhongjie Shoes Co., Ltd. was preparing to set up a new factory in Vietnam. It was already a pipeline leader. She was selected as one of nearly 30 managers and went to Haiyang province to "open up wasteland and expand the soil".
When I first went to Vietnam, from recruiting to building factories, everything had to start from scratch, but Yu Jingyang said it was not bitter.
Back in 1994, when she was 17, she left Sichuan to work in a shoe factory in Zhaoqing's Nan'an town. "At that time, at least 16 hours a day, no weekends, it was a pain."
At that time, the "foreign girls" series was being broadcast in mainland China. Yu Jing Yang, a member of the mainland migrant workers who worked thousands of years ago, sang the theme song "I don't want to say", which is beginning to be carried by the flood of times.
From Sichuan to Guangdong to work in Vietnam, and then to Vietnam to build factories, I heard Yu Jing Yang talk about her work track for more than 20 years, and a picture of the relocation of China's manufacturing industry is slowly developing.
As a labor-intensive industry, the footwear industry is most sensitive to the cost of production in the manufacturing sector of the PRD. In recent years, the Hong Kong capital, Taiwanese capital and mainland manufacturing enterprises in the PRD have opened the "migratory bird model" of industrial pfer, flying to Vietnam, Kampuchea, India and other countries.
Yu Jingyang seems to be working harder than before, working 9.5 hours a day, including 1.5 hours overtime, 6 days a week, and double pay on Saturday.
In 2008, the company invited an expert from Taiwan to integrate the production workshop of each array into one line to complete the production line from raw material to finished product. At the same time, the assessment mechanism was set up to upgrade from billing to process and production level.
Even so, it is still unable to restore the overall "recruitment difficulties" decline, and from the shoe industry to the textile industry, electronics factory, metal processing......
Analysts began to talk about the third wave of global industrial migration.
In the 70s of last century, the manpower intensive manufacturing industry was pferred from Japan to Singapore, Taiwan and Korea, and pferred to mainland China in 90s. Now it is pferred to South Asia and Southeast Asia.
According to statistics, in 2015 1~9 months, China's footwear products export volume, amount and unit price of the three indicators, the only growth is the export unit price.
"We are also considering whether to set up a company in Vietnam this year", a person in charge of an Asian Footwear Association has publicly stated.
Yu Jingyang has been in Vietnam for nearly a year, and no longer seems to be in Guangzhou for the first time. After a year's work, she returned home for a short time in homesickness. This time, she hopes to work for several more years.
What she calls "rush ahead" is the "development momentum" of the footwear industry in Vietnam.
By the end of 2014, Vietnam's Ministry of industry and trade proposed that the footwear industry should become the pillar export industry of the national economy by 2020, when the export revenue is expected to reach US $24 billion 500 million.
Zhongjie shoe factory is building two factories in Vietnam, a 3000 person factory shoe manufacturer, and another ten thousand scale factory OEM sports shoes.
Although the whole industry chain is not as good as Zhaoqing, there are many raw materials.

It still needs to be purchased from home, but Yu Jing Yang believes that if the plant is built, it will be better in two years.
Shoe manufacturers are fleeing Beilun's Hebei coast, and the manufacturing sector in the PRD is also seeking to change.
In January this year, the twelve session of the four session of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress held a press conference that robot application is an important means to upgrade and improve the labor force of the manufacturing industry. Guangdong will further increase its financial subsidies to the procurement robot.
On this, Yu Jingyang also felt deeply that the number of assembly line workers was reduced. On the one hand, it was the recruitment problem. On the other hand, it was the automation of the production line. "Although fewer people, but the introduction of many advanced machines, the per capita labor productivity has not changed much."
In Yu Jingyang's view, this gradual change is taken for granted. "The front-line employees recruited in Vietnam are very hard-working and obedient, and they can work at half the salary in the country for 6 days without increasing the price."
Unconsciously, "Made in Vietnam" is eroding the market of "Made in China".
As a matter of fact, the plan for developing the footwear industry to Vietnam is earlier than that.
There is a recruitment record on April 2014. The Chinese footwear industry employs Vietnamese plation to provide accommodation, purchase five risks and one gold, and pay 3000~5000 yuan.
"When we first arrived in Vietnam, the language was completely blocked," and in March 2015, we came to Jing Yang.
Vietnam?
In the first half month, we studied Vietnamese in the rented rooms, and prepared to train Vietnamese workers.
Now, Vietnamese learning is continuing, but there is still a long way to go to further communicate with Vietnamese workers.
At the end of April last year, the company officially announced the recruitment notice, attracting more than 300 Vietnamese locals and a training base.
The workers' salary is determined according to the local basic salary. Vietnam stipulates 6 days a week and a week off. According to the current level, each person pays 1000~1200 yuan monthly salary.
What is the monthly salary of 1000 yuan? A Vietnamese tour guide once told reporters that the tour guide is a highly paid job in Vietnam, with a monthly income of 6000 yuan RMB. The average monthly salary of college graduates and postgraduates is around 3000 yuan, and the factory workers are 1000 yuan.
Compared to "3000 yuan for one month, Zhaoqing does not necessarily recruit people", Vietnam's labor cost is "cheap".

China's demographic dividend has been rapidly lost, even if there is a huge domestic market, it can not change the pace of the relocation of shoemaking industry.
Yuyuan shoes industry "flew" to Vietnam, and two other "two shoe-making shoes" in Taiwan, Fengtai enterprise and F- Yu Qi shoemaking base, also began to shift the shoe and shoe base from Guangdong to Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Burma in 2012.
Statistics show that since 2008, the footwear industry in Southeast Asia has already taken nearly 30% of China's foreign trade processing orders, and the world footwear industry is being tilted from China to Southeast Asia.
Yu Jingyang was again in a wave of change in the manufacturing industry.
Guangdong Zhaoqing Zhongjie shoes industry Co., Ltd. is a Taiwanese funded enterprise, which produces sports shoes, leather shoes and casual shoes. It is often referred to as "foundries", and more than 90% of their products are sold overseas.
According to official website, its brands include NB, Clarks, Columbia and so on.
Just after the Spring Festival of 2015, the company announced that it was necessary to build factories in Vietnam.
Yu Jingyang, who was named, was chosen to go to Vietnam to open up territory with her. There were more than 20 managers from Zhaoqing and several leaders from Taiwan headquarters.
