Over the years, despite the increasing number of companies involved in the field, I still deeply remember my pledge that enterprises need to be bigger and stronger, and that they should do something meaningful and valuable for others.

I still keep the nature of "Bu Yi" at the beginning of my business. I always remind myself to repay the society with gratitude.

Over the years, I have moved to poverty-stricken areas, flooded areas, hope projects and local communities.

In this experience of helping people, I feel deeply every time.

In Haimen, my hometown, Nantong, there are still some children who can't walk into the classroom because of various reasons. In order to make children realize their dreams, I find local schools, and have repeatedly established an "Ping Ping Spring Bud Class".

I have absorbed more than 20 children who can not go to school for a variety of reasons. I have been sponsoring them to go to school since the first grade. Now these children are junior high school students, and I will continue to offer help until they finish their studies and become useful to the society.

Giving financial aid to the employees of special families is also a cause I have been insisting on all these years. There are also special social groups that need more care. Their social significance is greater.

While running an enterprise, entrepreneurs should never abandon their social responsibilities at any time and do their best to contribute to charity. Entrepreneurs should have this sense of mission.

Although China's charity has made some achievements, its development is still at the initial stage of exploration. Compared with the developed countries in the world, there is still a big gap. I feel that the cultural connotation of the people has not yet been raised to a certain height. Therefore, it is a challenge to comprehensively enhance people's consciousness of public welfare.

Over the years, I have been thinking and trying to do some useful work and stick to it for more than 20 years.

As early as the end of the last century, I put forward a number of tons of precious Millennium aloes and agalwood with the prestigious "Yalong brand" cloth and many foreign businessmen. After that, I invited the famous masters of Arts and crafts at home and abroad to carve out a number of treasures of art, such as "thousand hand Guanyin", "Dunhuang happy girl" and "Fu Lu Shou".

At the same time, collecting some of the folk collection of some of the aloes art treasures and orphan products, and collecting the collections of Kalimantan, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Kampuchea and Hainan in the Art Museum of Yalin, such as earth sink, water sink, sand sink, ant sinking, Qi Nan incense bracelet and other collections, and a series of derivatives of aloes and sandalwood have been developed.

We should learn from the useful experience of other countries and explore and gradually form the road of charitable development with Chinese characteristics.

First of all, we should further improve the charity legislation, establish and improve the policy system of charitable development, form a favorable environment conducive to the development of philanthropy; secondly, we should actively cultivate and develop charitable organizations, strengthen the construction of charitable organizations' own capabilities, promote the establishment and improvement of the management and supervision mechanism of charitable organizations; thirdly, we should vigorously promote the charitable culture, cultivate civic awareness of charity and modern philanthropy, and introduce more citizen participation; finally, we should improve the tax relief policy and protect the enthusiasm of public charitable donations.
