Cooperate To Build China'S "Fashion Highland" And Join Forces To Open A New Chapter In Supply Side Reform

During the period, the China Fashion Association, the China Fashion Designers Association and the Yuhang District People's Government of Hangzhou signed the strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the construction of Hangzhou's "Yi Shang Town".

At the same time, the China clothing association and the China Fashion Designers Association put the "Hangzhou Yi Shang Town" as the key innovation demonstration project of the Chinese garment industry during the "13th Five-Year" period.

2016 is the beginning of the 13th Five-Year plan, and it also opens up a new era of pformation and upgrading of China's garment industry from a big country to a powerful country.

In 2015, the Zhejiang Provincial People's government issued the "guiding opinions on accelerating the development of fashion industry". By 2020, Zhejiang's fashion industry will be nurtured into a scale of more than one trillion yuan. Through the "town economy" as the starting point, a fashion industry system with design, marketing as the core, intelligent manufacturing as the foundation, and independent brand as the symbol will be formed.

Yi Shang Town is the first provincial-level characteristic town in Zhejiang province. It is located in the core area of Linping new town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, with a planned area of 3 square kilometers. It is Hangzhou's only characteristic town located in the fashion industry, with obvious location advantages and strong industrial foundation.

The China clothing association and the China Fashion Designers Association have been very concerned about and supported the development of "Hangzhou Yi Shang Town" centered on the "China Arts Center" project.

At the signing ceremony, the Chinese Apparel Association and the China Fashion Designers Association awarded the "Hangzhou 13th Five-Year" innovation demonstration base of the Chinese garment industry to the "Yi Shang Town".

In the next five years, with the goal of "international fashion Talent Gathering Center", "international fashion and creative exchange center" and "international fashion product leadership center", the China clothing association, the China Fashion Designers Association and the Yuhang District People's Government of Hangzhou will jointly strengthen their cooperation, complement each other, gather high-end resources and accelerate the development of industrial ecology. They will build Hangzhou's "Yi Shang Town" into a new height, new model and new landmark for the development of China's fashion industry.

The Chinese fashion designers will build an innovative demonstration base, create an innovative public service platform, create a new creative public service platform, create a new educational platform for Chinese creative talents, and innovate the development of brand models. Through integrating relevant resources, we will establish a public service platform system related to leading industries in the "Hangzhou Yi Shang Xiao Zhen", build an innovative industrial chain ecosystem with the era of "cloud economy", and promote the industrialization of cutting-edge designers, and provide all-round support and services for domestic cutting-edge designers including R & D, supply chain management, brand communication and promotion.

In terms of cultivating creative talents, the people's Government of Yuhang district and the arts and entertainment center of Hangzhou City, as the initiator, participated in the preparatory work of the Fashion Institute in the town by participating in the preparatory work of the China Fashion Association, the China Fashion Designers Association and the International Fashion Institute, and promoted the training of fashion and creative talents through the international academic education and short-term training mode, providing talent support for the development of China's fashion industry.

Starting from 2016, a series of annual activities around the theme of "promoting brand mode innovation" will be held in "Hangzhou Yi Shang Town".

The "China clothing forum Hangzhou summit" hosted by the China Fashion Association will be held annually in the "Hangzhou Yi Shang Town" from the second half of 2016, and will be the permanent venue of Hangzhou's "Yi Shang Town".
