How Should The Company Training Agreement Be Drawn Up
In order to improve staff's basic quality and professional skills, the company encourages and supports employees to participate in vocational training.
In order to ensure the successful completion of training and return to work on time, the company has the following agreements with the trainees:
First, the company agrees to the employee to study, and the duration of study is from year to month.
Two, trainees should attend schools and majors according to the company's designated or company's agreement.
If necessary, the company should be notified in advance and approved by the company.
Otherwise, it should be punished by absenteeism.
Three, the learning time of the trainees is included in the working hours and is accumulated according to the continuous working age.
Four. Wages during the training period will be paid according to the percentage of the original salary; the bonus will be paid according to the gross amount of the normal amount paid.
When the promotion or salary method is amended, the trainee is treated as a registered personnel.
Social insurance and labor insurance shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations in principle.
Trainees do not enjoy the year during the training period.

When a trainee suffers from a disease that is unable to continue his studies, he should accept the company's instructions, terminate his studies and return to the company and deal with it in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Six. During training, the trainee must report to the company personnel department in writing every day, that is, every month before the month.
Seven, the trainees should learn to abide by the regulations and requirements of the training school themselves.
If a school is punished for violation of discipline, the company will impose additional penalties as a serious mistake in the company.
Eight, the tuition fee of the trainee is borne by the company and the company is responsible for it.
Nine, the trainee resigns, and the age of the employee should be paid by the company within one year.
Training cost
In the past two years, the company paid 50% of the training cost to the internal company, and paid 25% within three years. After three years, the training fee could be exempted. Employees who were dismissed by the company for violation of discipline were also handled accordingly.
Ten. During the training period, the trainees receive the investigation or business trip delivered by the company, and the travel expenses are paid according to the staff travel rules.
Eleven. After the training is finished, the trainees should return in time and report to the company.
Twelve, in order to ensure the implementation of the above agreement, the trainee should pay the Renminbi (capital) yuan (RMB) yuan to the company as a deposit before the school.
If a trained employee is overdue, he or she is engaged in amateur activities beyond the scope of study or unauthorized changes in training directions and contents during the training period. If it involves legal liability, the employee is conceited and has nothing to do with the company, and the deposit will be owned by the company.
The trainees completed their studies successfully without any violation of the above regulations and returned on time, and the company returned the security deposit within half a month after they were reported to the personnel department.
If the trainee fails to pass the graduation examination, the company will deduct the deposit balance from its margin, including the tuition fee, book fee, research fee, internship fee, boarding fee, lodging fee and pportation cost.
Thirteen. The trainees are excellent in performance during their study period. They will be rewarded as the case is.

Where a disciplinary organization is punished for violation of discipline, Party A shall deal with the relevant provisions of the company.
Party B shall not ask for leave during training.
In case of a major accident, Party B must submit a written application to Party A in charge of training in advance for the consent of Party A.
Article sixth during the training period, Party B accepts the company's investigation or business trip, and the travel expenses are paid according to the travel subsidy standard.
The seventh training fee shall be borne by Party A, and Party B shall bear the expenses of the company.
After the eighth training is completed, Party B shall report back to Party A within the specified time.
Ninth, after the end of the training, Party B shall serve the party no less than the year of the year.
In case of violation, the party shall compensate Party A for the remaining service years according to the proportion of years of service that Party B has served.

Tenth, for the contents of training, Party B should keep business secrets.
The eleventh article of this Agreement shall enter into force from the date of signing and sealing by both parties, and the parties shall ensure compliance.
The term of validity is at the end of the term of service specified in the ninth provision of this agreement.
After the entry into force of the twelfth agreements, the agreement will be automatically supplemented by the labor contract between the two parties. Where the labor agreement is inconsistent with this agreement, the agreement shall prevail. If necessary, Party A and Party B shall agree or modify the contents of this agreement or labor contract after consultation.
