Qianjiang Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement With Wuhan Textile University

The signing ceremony of university strategic cooperation was held at Kokusai Hotel.

Hu Gongmin, Secretary of the municipal Party committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the event and delivered speeches. The Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and the Secretary General of the municipal Party committee, Wang Nengrong, presided over the ceremony. Vice mayor Li Jianghong and vice chairman Liu Shuqiong of the municipal CPPCC attended the event.

Hu Gongmin first warmly welcomed the arrival of Liu Zaizhou and his party, deputy secretary of the Wuhan Textile University.

He said that according to the "five development concepts" and the "three dimensional outline" of the provincial Party committee, the Qianjiang municipal Party committee and the municipal government put forward the goal of "reducing the difference to compete first and putting the ten into the top".

Industry is a traditional industry in our city and plays an important supporting role in the economic and social development of Qianjiang.

Under the new normal economic situation, how to promote the textile and garment industry

To realize the leap of garment industry from "Qianjiang tailor" to "Qianjiang garment", we need to carry out bold exploration from the aspects of ideas, technology support and development mode, and also need support and help from universities such as Wuhan Textile University in terms of technology, talents and so on.

Hu Gongmin hopes that Wuhan Textile University will use Qianjiang as a R & D base, training base and source base, supporting Qianjiang's textile and garment industry to become bigger and stronger, and help our city's economic and social development.

Liu Zaizhou said that with the signing of the contract as an opportunity, the school's intelligence advantage will be linked to the economic and social development of Qianjiang, making positive contributions to the training and education of garment talents, the tackling and pformation of textile science and technology, the pformation of innovative platform and the exchange of talents.

Li Jianghong signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Wuhan Textile University on behalf of the Municipal People's government.
