Human resources experts say that the younger generation, especially the post-90s graduates, who pursue individuality and have higher self knowledge, often resigns for different reasons. Occasionally, they may bring benefits. In the long run, "flash" is not conducive to their career development.
Cai Yitian graduated from a school in Shanghai this year and studied law in undergraduate course. He has a slight deviation in his career planning.
When everyone else was busy preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination and taking the judicial examination, he went to a public relations company early to start an internship.

For the new generation of young people who have just entered the workplace, especially those who are mainly post-90s, "flash" seems to be a new label for them.
According to a survey conducted by China Education online, the turnover rates of junior college students, undergraduate students and master students are 48.04%, 23.45% and 10.77% respectively.
What are the reasons behind the "flash words"? The survey shows that there are five situations that most likely cause the job hopping of university graduates: small development space, low salary, lack of learning, poor sense of leadership and management, and inability to apply their knowledge.
Unlike Cai Yitian, Li Xinyu, who graduated last year, chose to quit her job in less than half a year. Her heavy workload and overtime from time to time forced her to complain.

As for the idea that college students want to get a higher salary through flash word, the survey shows that resignation is not directly related to salary, or even plays a negative role.
