    The above cases are all about career positioning. Whether they are about to work or work for ten years or eight years, or if they are middle-aged, if they do not know clearly, they will lose their motivation if they do not have clear goals. They will feel that they are not down. They always feel the state is wrong, but they do not know where they are. First, we need to explore ourselves, look at our professional values, our own interests and vision, and our ability structure. Then we will see if we need to adjust, career planning, some need to overturn and change careers, and more often need to see other possibilities to achieve. This is what many people call "shortcuts". The shortcut itself is not to shorten the process of efforts, but to make better use of resources, which involves the next important ability.

    Many people know more about themselves, and know that many professions are more suitable for themselves. But in reality, they always feel that their goals are too far away from themselves, the possibility is too small, the cost is too high, the risk is too big, the ideal is full and the reality is skinny. Look at people who have good career development. They seem to have more resources, more opportunities, and they will encourage themselves to say that every job must be done conscientiously, and they can exercise themselves to the maximum extent and improve themselves, and one day they will be patronized. But such incentives slowly become comfort, and sometimes even make their anger, and then later, become incapable of struggle, resigned to fate.

    It is true that from birth, our environment determines our fate to some extent, but have you ever thought that everyone has his own resources? This resource is not only Connections And their abilities, interests, vision, platforms... People who have resources and development are not so curious. Others seem to lack resources, but they are able to bring resources into full play and make good use of them.

People are changing: the ability is constantly improving, the values will be adjusted, and interest will continue to come and go. The environment is changing: the company's strategy has been adjusted, the development of the industry is fluctuating, and the society is also changing. It is difficult for us to exert too much influence on the general trend with our own efforts, but we can constantly adjust and adapt to changes in order to make planning more in line with our inner vision and vision.

    It is not an easy task to keep a job calm. It is not a simple case that can be copied completely in a few cases. A serious and comprehensive analysis is needed. Wisdom and courage are needed. Positioning, integration and contingency are necessary tools for practicing this state.
