Will the spinning machine really lead to the increase of broken ends, the deterioration of yarn quality and the deterioration of Mao Yu's quality after the high-speed operation?

Let's take India customers as an example to see if they will encounter the problem of hairiness and broken ends when driving at high speed.

According to the data collected by Lida's customer service department in India, take 60 woven yarns as an example. According to our understanding, the Chinese customers of the K series compact spinning machine can actually turn on at speeds up to 18500 rpm, while under the same conditions, the maximum speed of India customers running is 22500 rpm.

As we can see from the figure below, the hairiness of 22500 R / min is not increased relative to 18500 rpm.

Also with 80 machines.

For example, Lida K series is tight.

Chinese customers actually turn on the high speed up to 18500 rpm, while India customers operate at a maximum speed of 19500 rpm, and Mao Yu has not increased significantly.

Chinese customers are concerned that the increase of speed will affect the quality of yarn, especially the increase of hairiness is not absolute.

Then another indicator of Chinese customers' concern is machine breakage rate. First, according to the standard of breakage rate, we investigated the customers in China and India, and there is a big gap between the criteria for the breakage rate.

Due to the high cost of labor in recent years, Chinese customers generally believe that the breakage rate of the spindle must be controlled within 20, otherwise the labor cost will increase and the work efficiency of the truck will be reduced.

Due to the relatively low labor costs, India customers generally accept a breakage of over 30, and more than 50 of the extreme cases are within acceptable limits.

This shows that the customers in India can withstand far more than Chinese customers, which means that they can increase the boot speed much higher than Chinese customers.

It is undeniable that the speed of spinning will inevitably affect the breakage rate. Speed increase will increase the control difficulty of yarn quality and breakage rate, but this does not mean that the speed increase will definitely result in a sharp increase in the breakage rate.

If the yarn quality and broken ends of spinning frames are acceptable to the vast number of Chinese customers, why do our spinning machines do not operate at high speed?

For this reason,

On the premise of ensuring the quality and efficiency of customers, a speed test was carried out at the China Customer Office of K 42 compact spinning machine, hoping to explore the answer to this question through the speed-up test.

This experiment takes 60 and 80 branches as the object. The goal is to improve the starting speed of K 42 machine, so as to increase the production efficiency under the premise of satisfying the quality of internal yarn and the broken rate of the customer.

We have analyzed the misunderstanding of spinning speed raising in our country, and we think it is feasible to increase the speed of high speed spinning.

To this end, we will introduce our example of spinning speed increase at Lida China user department.

In this issue, we will introduce the specific background and preparatory work for this speed-up experiment.

Setting of spindle speed and quality control standard for speed increase test

Two varieties were selected to speed up the experiment. They were 60 cotton and 80 pure cotton yarn. The raw material was 100% long staple cotton, and the yarn twist coefficient was 3.7. The initial spindle speed and target spindle speed of the experimental varieties were shown below.

In addition, we have developed the corresponding quality parameters as the standard for the quality control of the speed test.

Therefore, the goal of this experiment is to speed up the speed of K 42 to the target speed and record the yarn quality, the number of broken ends and the energy consumption of the machine in the experimental quality control standard.

Equipment debugging and monitoring points in speed test before speed up

To speed up the machine, we must first ensure the hardware state of the machine. The first step before speeding up is to make a comprehensive diagnosis of the machine.

After checking the condition of the machine, the professionals made the following adjustments:

1, rack level adjustment;

2. Adjusting and calibrating the position of suction drum.

3, steel collar plate level and leaf plate level and height setting;

4, the position of the bell mouth and the adjustment of the roving moving range;

5, three center adjustment includes steel collar level;

6, spindle inspection, oil change;

7. The check adjustment of doffing arm includes step confirmation.

8, SERVOdisc gauze plate track inspection;

9, fill the parts according to the fuel cycle schedule.

After the above preparations have been completed, speed up.

Speed up is a cumulative accumulation of 1000 revolutions / points in each stage.

1. Determination of broken ends;

2. Observe the balloon.

3. Check the wear of the travellers and observe the flying circles.

4, the energy consumption of each stage;

5, the yarn quality of each stage is tested to determine whether it exceeds the internal control standard.

6, the record of breakage rate exceeds 20.
