Alibaba retail outlets announced that retail business launched a joint business plan focusing on "strategizing and winning a thousand li" with nearly 20 well-known brands both at home and abroad.
Among them, Procter & Gamble, Wangwang group, Tai Tai Le, Bai Cao Wei, Shang Hao Jia, Johnson and other famous brands such as domestic and overseas fast fading brands, and the other 30 brands are also in preparation.
It is understood that the joint business plan is referred to as JBP cooperation. After signing the strategic cooperation agreement with retailers, the two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in brand building, commodity promotion, supply chain optimization, buyer experience upgrading and other fields.
According to Zuo Mozhi, director of retail business KA, who is responsible for the JBP, the core word of the retail JBP plan is "openness" and "efficiency". We hope to explore the way of digital pformation of the channel together with the core brands, so as to improve the overall efficiency of the industry.
It is reported that as one of the 8 largest retail columns in the Alibaba layout, retail outlets provide an Internet one-stop shopping platform for urban community retail outlets, which has covered 130 000 retail outlets nationwide, and has entered more than 5000 brands and distributors.
Based on the advantages of big data and other platforms, it has been committed to providing three core customer value for brand dealers, such as "efficient distribution, precision marketing and global data".
Lin Xiaohai, vice president of Alibaba group and general manager of retail business division, said that the retail pass is a data-driven platform, hoping to help brands and small businesses through continuous upgrading of platform technology and rich platform resources to undertake Alibaba's mission of "making it difficult for the world to do business".
