On the morning of April 9th, in the Hutubi yuan Qi Textile Industrial Park, Changji central blue clothing Weaving Co., Ltd. held a special recruitment meeting in spring, attracting 600 surplus labor force from all townships in the county to join the recruitment.

At the recruitment site, farmers and herdsmen actively choose suitable posts according to the recruitment requirements of the company.

The textile factories at the gate of the house changed the concept of farmers and herdsmen and walked out of their homes and into factories.

It is understood that the company recruited five departments, including the cutting department, the sewing department, the warehouse department, the whole department and the administrative department, to 800 employees.

After 105 months of training or pfer, two employees in the southern Xinjiang have been pferred to their respective posts through pre job training.

The total investment of the project is 560 million yuan, which is divided into two regions: A and B, with a total construction area of 150 thousand square meters.

At present, 20 automatic garment production lines have been completed.

Zhang Yong, general manager of the company, said, "after the total production is put into production, the output value will probably be more than two billion, and the tax revenue will be about five million and more than 800 jobs."

Hutubi county will take this special recruitment meeting as an opportunity to carry out the employment service work and implement tens of thousands of labor pfer training and employment projects.
