    Invest Nearly 4 Billion Yuan In Textile Projects, The Benchmark Of Guangdong Industrial Aid Xinjiang.

    It is reported that the total investment of Dong Chun Xing is nearly 4 billion yuan, and its 1 million ingot project will be completed and put into operation by June next year, which will provide more than 5000 jobs.

    On the afternoon of October 30th, Ouyang Dong, deputy secretary of the party general branch of Xinjiang East pure Hing Group and deputy director of the enterprise management department, briefed the Dongguan media delegation on the operation of the project.

    From 1 to September this year, the first two phases of East Chun Hing produced a total of 54 thousand and 800 tons of finished products, with a total sales of 989 million yuan (excluding tax), an average production and sales rate of over 86%, a sales return rate of 100%, and three cumulative sales of the trial production amount of 265 million yuan, and the annual output value will reach 1 billion 250 million yuan after completion.

    As the largest investment project in the provinces and cities, Dong Chun Hing will be transformed into a "first-class and advanced textile enterprise in the whole country".

    The annual production capacity of the whole project is 1 million spindles, and Dongguan East real group is a major shareholder in the industry. At present, a total of 600 thousand spindles in the first and two phases have been fully produced, and three phases of 400 thousand spindles have also entered into the trial production stage, and 4370 employees have been settled, of which 72% of the minority employees are employed.

    "The whole 1 million item project will be fully delivered before June next year, and there will be more than 5000 jobs in Tung Chun Hing." Ouyang Dongfang said.

    As of May 2019, there were 4337 employees, of whom 1184 were Han and 3153 were ethnic minorities. Among the minority employees, the proportion of Mandarin speakers who could not be proficient at the beginning of the factory was 72.9%, and the lack of labor skills and the majority of the poor.

    In response to this situation, the third division of the regiment and the Guangdong command of Yuanjiang actively instruct the group to carry out Mandarin training and skills training in tackling poverty, and strive to cultivate a group of employees with positive political thinking, good level of Mandarin communication and high vocational skills. On the basis of some experience gained from the relevant work of Dong Chun Hing Group, we have gradually launched the construction of the party and group service center and the national general language workshop and the poverty alleviation workshop (other than "one center, two offices") in other key enterprises and ethnic minority communities. We have focused on building an important platform and innovative carrier to help us tackle poverty and promote national unity, which has played a positive role in improving the quality of the population and promoting national integration.

    This work is an important starting point and innovative carrier for Guangdong to optimize the integration of Party building and aid to Xinjiang, industrial aid to Xinjiang and cultural aid to Xinjiang.

    Over the past two years, Putonghua training has been developed from the first 1 classes to more than 60 training courses. The number of trainees is over more than 20, and the number of trainees is over 3800.

    Ouyang Dongfang said that since the implementation of the group Mandarin training program, the staff have been enthusiastic in learning Putonghua and have a good attitude. The attendance rate is above 99% and the passing rate is over 80%. 527 of the students who graduated from September 2018 to February 2019 have passed the examination. Due to the improvement of Putonghua level, language barriers were reduced among employees, communication was more convenient and effective, and the efficiency of mastering skills and production management was higher. The rate of excellent grade of workshop operation increased from 40% to 80%.

    In addition, the Dong Chun Hing Group has launched monthly operation star, skill star and progressive Star project evaluation to promote the concept of updating employment among minority employees, improve Putonghua communication and labor skills, and improve work efficiency and wage income.

    At present, among the minority employees in the group, there are 735 poor people who have built up their credit cards, with a monthly income of not less than 3000 yuan, effectively achieving the goal of "one person employment, one family out of poverty and one stable". Through the implementation of the skills training for poverty alleviation and the "help and take" activities, the employees' operational skills have been significantly improved, and the turnover rate of employees has been significantly reduced, especially the retention rate of minority employees has reached 85.5%, which is nearly 30% higher than that of Han employees.

    Under the influence of the good demonstration and driving effect, a large number of Xinjiang enterprises are queuing up to enter the Guangdong Textile Industrial Park of the Corps.
