1. Major problems in the quality of sports (outdoor) clothing and textiles

1, the instructions are not qualified.

3, color fastness is not qualified.

When the textile products with poor color fastness are exposed to water, sweat, sun or physical friction, the dye will easily fall off and fade, affecting the appearance, and the falling dye molecules or heavy metal ions may be harmful to the health through the absorption of the skin by the human body.

1, the label is not qualified.

There are three main categories of unqualified footwear products: one is the incomplete identification elements, and the trademarks, product names, production dates, product grades and / or producers' names and addresses are not marked according to the corresponding product standards; two, the shoes number is incorrect, the shoe type is not marked or the millimeter unit is not marked with the foot length indication value; the three is the nominal execution standard is incorrect, the standard product standard has been cancelled or the version is wrong, or the execution standard of the internal and external packaging is inconsistent.

Product identification is an important basis for consumers to choose footwear products, and it is an important index to distinguish the applicability of products.

Incomplete or incorrect marking of shoe size or shoe type will directly affect the wearing of consumers.

Lack of information such as trademarks, product names and producers may lead consumers to buy counterfeit goods.

2, the peel strength of the bottom is not qualified.

The peel strength of the bottom is the index to reflect the bonding strength between the sides and the sole. The reason is that the material of the sole is not reasonable, the sole is too soft, and the elasticity is lacking.
