With the solid foundation of interview work over the past ten years, Wang Zhi became the producer and the only reporter of the face-to-face column. Bing Shen: what have you left behind so many character interviews?

Wang Zhi: actually, my nutrition has been absorbed from them.

Sometimes it can be a criticism. You are a public opinion supervisor. You will see that you have to put yourself in others' shoes. Why is he doing this? Why is he wrong?

When people succeed, do you have to question whether they really succeed?

When you believe that he is really successful, you will have other problems. Why does this success come to him?

You will turn around and think about what I should do.

And an old man like Gao Yaojie, who is not moved when facing her?

You will feel that I may not be able to reach her level in my life. To tell you the truth, I can look up to her and I am satisfied. I can learn a little bit about it, and I can feel lucky to learn others.

Bing Shen: as you have said, you were a journalist at that time, because the profession can make you see and see, of course, more people see better.

Wang Zhi: it's another concept. It's influence, not personal reputation. I tell you the truth. I didn't feel any benefit to me until now. I'm not used to being poked at by others. I feel uncomfortable.

People say you are a public figure. You need to use a standard of public figures to ask for yourself. I am not used to it, but I will try my best to do it well.

What am I worried about?

It will affect my work and affect my mindset.

If I can't sink, the program will be over, and the source of happiness and achievement will be shaken.

Bing Shen: but after all, you are not in a vacuum, you are in a very competitive media industry, and in the most core part of the news, looking at your peers a bit higher than you, looking at your peers more famous than you, you have to keep a calm state of mind, how do you find your balance?

Wang Zhi: as far as everyone is concerned, I believe in destiny, who will overtake you.

Ten fingers are different. Everyone has their own advantages. They all have their own characteristics. Can the benefits of the world be occupied by one person?

Can the work of the world be finished by one person?

If you eat meat and I'll have some soup, won't it be balanced?

There are people who don't have soup to drink.

I have worked in television for ten years. People say that you may be SARS, which makes you burn. What's wrong with you? I've never expected this in my conscience, but this opportunity has come and hit me on the head. You must catch this fruit. You can't catch it.

Bing Shen: do you think you are the best?

Wang Zhi: compared with myself, I feel that I am much better than before, but if I compare with others, I will never even stand to the most important word.

Bing Shen: do you think you are the first? What do you think of your opponent?

Wang Zhi: there are no rivals in my eyes. My eyes are all peers. My opponent means that you have to knock the other side down like a boxing ring. But we can all stand on this stage together. The commentary department, the news center and CCTV are such platforms. How many of the hosts are CCTV now, nearly 400 people, one whole, strong meet, so that we can all go together.

Bing Shen: are you reminding yourself when you say these words?

Wang Zhi: you have to remind yourself that you should review yourself three times a day.

Bing Shen: "face-to-face", after experiencing SARS, did not seem to be so popular during the SARS period. Are you worried?

Wang Zhi: I'm definitely worried.

But dialectically, this is the case. There are high, low, low, certain, and possibly high. I can't expect SARS every day. SARS is a very state after all, but I can say with pride that the team behind me is more mature.
